My bill was $204. Once I get there, I am told she has yeast in her ears and to give her children's claritin for breathing due to trachea. Last night, Boots was breathing was labored, she whined all night and did not want to sleep. I contacted ER med vet and was advised to give her claritin and follow up with my Vet. Today, I call at 11a and stated the obvious. Do you want to bring her back for an exam (additional charge). No, i am calling for further recommendation as i was there Friday and the claritin is not working. I am told I would receive a call back. Around 345p, I receive no call and contact them again. First, Noone remembered me calling, hence I was told about the call back without alerting anyone. After calling for the second time, holding for 15 minutes, I am told that there is no record from the visit on Friday and I would need to come in and recharge for another exam.... Needless to say, its a hard NO! I don't not recommend due to no records, additional charges, lack of care and customer service.

Our babies are children when they hurt we hurt!!! I'm giving you fair warning beware…read morePrevious we Took our dogs to Camp Bow Wow three days a week CBW labeled our dogs as (there-phrase) gatekeeping so they were locking them up; so I decided to keep them home and just hire a walker. We thought that CBW would be a great place to board them they have cameras so that I could view the babies while we were separate; I never seen them out in the socializing Area. I called and I was told it was no problem I also was concerned about my 17 year old baby that was confused outside in the urine section from my Visual viewing point The two large babies Came home of evidence of not being out of a cage there was feces and urine all over their beds you and I know that dogs don't urinate and poop on their beds!(unless they're real or newborns) The little dog that was stuck in the Jireh section was dripping with urine when I picked her up I wrapped her in my sweater. I have a couple of pictures and videos to show that they weren't receiving the proper amount of food or getting their dental chews the ask for itemize list of times of eating meds etc. I sent that with photos on it. I am very organized anal about my dogs, so there was enough food for the amount of days that they were due to be there and also for two extra days In case of emergency! I am very very sad that my babies were treated in such a way mental anguish abuse

Not at all what I was expecting for a puppy cut. We still cannot pet her left ear two days later? I don't see an injury but she's definitely been hurt. I love my dogs and protect them like I would a child. I'm sure she was traumatized I'Il be looking for a mobile business that will provide a service at my home from now on. Trust me, this groomer definitely doesn't know what she's doing or she's not a compassionate groomer with puppy's. I'd go somewhere else!

I wasn't gonna post at first but when I took her back to physically show them I did get an apology with no future resolution or discounts ( not that she will be going back ) she whined to stay for doggy daycare which I obliged but that will be the last interaction with them. She basically said she used the wrong blade and what she was given was a schnauzer cut and basically stated thats what it was supposed to look like ! It was uneven and all. Think they offered a discount on future service or I received a follow up call ? Nope ! And paid 100.00 . Only reason I paid is because they have you pay before you see your baby !I was initially gonna give a little mercy but no ! Learned my lesson!!!!!!
