Ok I'm so…read morepissed, to anybody who needs a vet or groomer DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO Saraland Animal Clinic /KRITTER SITTERS Thursday mom took her baby to get groomed dropped her off at 945 am and didn't get to pick her up till almost 5pm. Now I think I know why they took all day to have her ready. We picked her up at around 5 pm and nothing was said about anything so of course she had her bows in her hair and the bandanna around her neck, so if course after having the bandanna on for almost 2 days we take it off, and what do we find a really bad site. They must have cut her on her neck and there's a cut on her leg too. So if you don't want your fur baby injured by them and them not even have the balls to tell you then Don't Use Them. Here's what we saw after taking her bandanna off So yes I'm so pissed. Talked to the manager the next day, after I had to call her since my mom hadn't heard from her and I know she knew because I had emailed the vet that shares the same building with them and asked them to give them my email. Even got an email from the vet saying she told the manager and that she was supposed to be contacting my mom that morning, but she never called her, which shows she didn't care what happened. She denied that this happened there and said so it took y'all 2 days to find this, and I said well yes because after y'all put her bows and bandanna on which covers her neck, it stayed on her neck for those 2 days and taking it off her revealed this nasty cut on her neck. But she continues to deny they did anything, Definitely going to be consulting an attorney to see what can be done, and pray they don't hurt any more fur babies, cause if they do their gonna deny it since they have no concious or love for your pets or they would have just informed usof this but they didn't so I'll see what I need to do. Just wanted to warn everybody so they don't go through this with the their fur baby. I have pictures to but can not post on here I guess. Wish I could cause people need to see the pictures to see what they can do to your pets.

Two days ago, she was in the yard which she fell, yelping in pain. Yesterday, she was lethargic which - if you have an Aussie - you know is wildly atypical. I thought the paralysis had taken its toll and we would have to put her down. Kathy made our appointment. She was empathetic and very helpful over the phone. When we arrived, the receptionist and the vet tech were each super nice and very professional. Dr. Gilson examined Tinkerbelle thoroughly. He explained the utility of each diagnostic and treatment option he recommended, and he quoted us the price. He found that she had fairly extensive osteoarthritis and recommended treatment. Our story had a happy ending because we arrived fearing it was time to euthanize and discovered our dog's problem was treatable. It's also a happy ending because, had it turned out it was time to let our dog go, I feel confident they would have handled that outcome with skill and compassion. Every interaction was excellent. We've had dogs for over 30 years, and we've had a range of experiences with veterinarians over the years. Retired, we now split time between Colorado and Alabama. Dana is great and I can tell that she genuinely cared about my (flea) issue and she told me exactly what to do to get rid of them. I would definitely recommend this place. I drove 40 minutes to get here and I'm so glad I did! UPDATE: After I had my cats groomed, Dana recommended me to buy a certain product (flea pesticide that was safe on animals) from a store near by, and was helpful in getting me directions and everything I needed. (Like I mentioned) What I didn't mention, as it happened after my initial review, is that after spraying the repellent and flea pesticide all over my room and apartment, was I started to have a horrible headache after laying in my room. I looked up the pesticide that she told me to get, which she told me to spay ON MY CAT, and all over my clothes and everything, is that permethrin is extremely toxic to cats. Needless to say, I relocated my cats afterwards and gave them baths. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because thankfully my cats did not die. Once it happened, I called Dana and they seemed shocked to hear it's toxic, because she re assured me it's safe. She said she would call me right back and I never heard from her again. Wouldn't trust these people if I were you.
