They must be under new management . They have gone way down since I first started using the three years ago. Beware! Thursday came...the time of the appointment came...and went, and she never showed. I texted her at around 11am to ask if she was still coming and received no answer. The next day I tried to check on her with a text and still received no answer. The texts were read, but she couldn't be bothered to reply. To this day, over a month later, I still haven't heard from her, not even a text saying she no longer wanted to provide her services. I can no longer recommend this dog groomer. It's very disappointing.
