I did ask her if she could cut their hair then not shave to close to skin OH NO that's cruel and I'm not going to put a dog through thatwell let me tell you something lady we have had a professional doing their grooming for 5 years snd he always knew how to professionally do their cut and dematt them. I understand they needed a lot of attention but I was willing to pay BUT THEY WERE SOOO rude I just walked out!!! Please don't take your fur babies to this place being RUDE is never a good sign. I don't even want to give 1 star. This place had good reviews from years ago WOW what happened!!! She even told me to take my dogs somewhere else!! Really! Please don't go to this place!!!!

My daughter dropped her off before 10:00 am we hadn't received a call or and update so my daughter called 3:38 at that time she was told that they havent gotten to my puppy yet, they had a lot of dogs. Now pay attention to the time my daughter received a return call saying that she's ready at 3:51 ... Not even 30 mins later. The appointment was for a full groom service from head to toe. I know it should have at least taken and hour. The whole haircut is choppy, and so far. I've counted at least 5 bald spots. I'm not one to bash anyone's business. Because that's a person's livelihood, but she's very unprofessional. She was not understanding and she was defensive and had an excuse about everything and why her grooming looks the way that it does. After about 20 mins of going back and forth with no apologies just excuses I finally said I will never bring her back and have a blessed day. I will wish I had a way to post pictures to show what the out come was. Then was very unsympathetic and rude. Sorry I see I can post proof

Ok I'm so…read morepissed, to anybody who needs a vet or groomer DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO Saraland Animal Clinic /KRITTER SITTERS Thursday mom took her baby to get groomed dropped her off at 945 am and didn't get to pick her up till almost 5pm. Now I think I know why they took all day to have her ready. We picked her up at around 5 pm and nothing was said about anything so of course she had her bows in her hair and the bandanna around her neck, so if course after having the bandanna on for almost 2 days we take it off, and what do we find a really bad site. They must have cut her on her neck and there's a cut on her leg too. So if you don't want your fur baby injured by them and them not even have the balls to tell you then Don't Use Them. Here's what we saw after taking her bandanna off So yes I'm so pissed. Talked to the manager the next day, after I had to call her since my mom hadn't heard from her and I know she knew because I had emailed the vet that shares the same building with them and asked them to give them my email. Even got an email from the vet saying she told the manager and that she was supposed to be contacting my mom that morning, but she never called her, which shows she didn't care what happened. She denied that this happened there and said so it took y'all 2 days to find this, and I said well yes because after y'all put her bows and bandanna on which covers her neck, it stayed on her neck for those 2 days and taking it off her revealed this nasty cut on her neck. But she continues to deny they did anything, Definitely going to be consulting an attorney to see what can be done, and pray they don't hurt any more fur babies, cause if they do their gonna deny it since they have no concious or love for your pets or they would have just informed usof this but they didn't so I'll see what I need to do. Just wanted to warn everybody so they don't go through this with the their fur baby. I have pictures to but can not post on here I guess. Mother and i had the worst experience ever with Ciaras Dog Groomer. Upfront info: My mom is 85…read moreyears old. My mom adopted this dog from Rise And Shine animal rescue/shelter. Dog has been in her possession for about a month before she decides to get him groomed, at Ciaras. They accepted my mom's pet in the morning with a witness to verify to call my number is there were problems. Under groomer bailment law they are bound to return her dog to her. Whilst there they recognize this dog as another clients lost dog. Dog had been in shelter for 20 days after a legal 5 day stray hold. At that point the dog is available for adoption. So they call the client/friend that that think they may have their lost dog. Apparently, they also called the police to report my mother had stolen dog. They called my mother to come to business not me as requested. And confront her about this dog alone They called her a thief and a liar and took her dog from HER AND GAVE IT TO PREVIOUS OWNERS.... Because my mother was very upset about this, obviously a cop at one point put a cuff on her and threatened to take her to jail. Then they trespassed her and all Family members. Unbeknownst to her,us,me. . They took favor of one client over another and mistreated my mother. She can barely hear so she probably misunderstood most of everything said to her. They ambushed her. She did not steal the dog!! This happened Memorial Day wknd. Lucky for my mom I was at the shelter at time of offense to her. I was called and quickly told the shelter what happened and they immediately called Ciaras as well as police back and forth calls etc. Ultimately, the dog was brought to police station 2 hrs. Later after they wrongfully took my mom's dog from her. I took care of it for my mother, cause she's not really able to fend for herself. ALL OF THIS could have avoided if they called me. Tuesday after holiday i go there to speak with owner about what happened not manager. But this whole ordeal both owner and mgmt. was in agreement and stand by what they did even though they are legally wrong. Long story short, Mgr gets angry and loud and throws me out. Says matter is over. No No. I don't think so. I have a civil case with them at the moment. Their behavior was shocking. Never would have thought to have to go through this. And my mother wasn't a new client. Didn't expect them to NOT take accountability or apologize. They called police on us like we did something wrong. Other residents of Lucedale have told me about bad experiences with also. They are not great or friendly or what I would expect from a small town business. Terrible manager with anger issues. worst ever experience with a business Do not recommend.
