Ms. Faye is an excellent groomer and takes pride in making sure your baby gets all spic and span. She takes her time with Duff. He was a rescue and had separation anxiety..she and she staff were so patient and loving with him. I wouldn't take Duff anywhere else. He gets washed, dried, shaved down and his curly plume of a tail is trimmed to match. New clothes (bandanna) to match their personality makes them feel like a boss. She also will tell you about any concerns she may have regarding your baby. Our pets are like our children and I would recommend Kritter Sitters and Saraland Vet for all your pet's needs.

Just now putting the pieces together months later, after talking to one of my groomer friends, that…read morethey had my extremely anxious husky (I immensely expressed my concerns for her and told them how anxious she is UPFRONT) .....they put her in a cage dryer in the back. When I picked her up, she smelt and looked worse than when I dropped her off. She had rust on her face from trying to get out of the cage in the back, was still half wet and nails were not clipped....... If they felt as if she was too much to handle they should have let me know. I would've gladly took her somewhere else. instead I paid for the grooming, tipped, and paid extra for them to get her done "quicker" ...... I would NOT RECOMMEND goinghere if you have a dog that requires actual work. One of my biggest regrets is leaving my dog in that shop that day.

I know it should have at least taken and hour. The whole haircut is choppy, and so far. I've counted at least 5 bald spots. I'm not one to bash anyone's business. Because that's a person's livelihood, but she's very unprofessional. She was not understanding and she was defensive and had an excuse about everything and why her grooming looks the way that it does. After about 20 mins of going back and forth with no apologies just excuses I finally said I will never bring her back and have a blessed day. They smelled fresh but not perfumed I appreciate this because one has asthma. 2) my nervous dog was very calm and both were very happy and relaxed. I feel like they felt at ease and cared for. That's a win win! Be sure to bring cash or check because they don't accept credit cards. Parking right in front is easy and there is a strip of grassy area between parking and road where they can relieve themselves before and after their spa day.

I then got my dad to call, and she eventually called him back, but he was on a call and called her back a few minutes afterward. He left a message and she never called him back. I figured at first this could be a result of a very busy time for her business, but after everything was said and done, after a week of nothing I'm not sure. We were satisfied with her work at first but we will have to find a new groomer due to this. Not sure the reasoning as to why this happened but if they can't be bothered to explain themselves to a regular paying customer then we will find business elsewhere.

She was gentile with my baby, giving him lots of breaks so he didn't experience any pain. My current two have not ever seen another groomer. I love Dana - she does a beautiful job on my babies.
