Copied from page:…read more"Whether you are interested in a full-service groom or a bath, here are some benefits/advantages of using Pawnail's Mobile Grooming: It is very convenient!! A major benefit to mobile grooming services is being easy to use. I come to you. Having me as your personal, one on one groomer coming to you helps eliminates inconvenient grooming salon drop-off and pick-up hassle. As well as, No car sickness No dirty pets riding in your car. No cage confinement for your dog. Eliminates drive time to and from the salon x2 Contactless payment options available No need to call, because you know an appointment has already been booked at a time that is best for you and your dog. No commute - I come right to your door, and can grab your pup whether you're home or not. Most appointments are finished in under 2 hours, but you don't have to be available that whole time - We can secure your dog back inside and collect payment via a card on file or invoicing Most importantly, Pawnail's Mobile Grooming provides a less stressful experience for your pet. Personalized individual attention and care eliminates separation anxiety & physical stress for your dog. Most days I book about 4 to 8 dogs a day, not 15 to 20 as in a walk-in shop- I do not rush your pups. I have a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. I love what I do and I love the animals. I treat your babies as I would want mine treated. They get focused one-on-one attention from myself. I never rush or force anything. In some cases, it may take more time to gain trust from your pet, and I am understanding + willing to take that time doing so. I want it to be as stress free for you, myself, & most importantly your pets. Services are performed in a clean, climate controlled & safe environment I sanitize every inch of my work area, equipment, & vehicle and as well as clean floors behind each dog before pulling out of the client's home. I clean my truck at the end of each day and between each appointment. In today's time viruses are circulating from humans, as well as animals. So I keep it as sanitary as possible." We are not a high-volume, rushed grooming salon. Each dog is treated as an individual, with services tailored to their comfort level, coat condition, and specific needs. We specialize in low-stress grooming, one-on-one attention when possible, and taking the time to do things right rather than fast. Our approach is rooted in humanity over vanity. If a dog needs breaks, extra reassurance, or a slower pace, we accommodate that. We work especially well with anxious dogs, puppies just starting their grooming journey, and dogs who have had negative experiences elsewhere. We also place a strong emphasis on structure, cleanliness, and safety. From sanitized kennels and washed bedding to clear policies that protect dogs, staff, and clients alike, everything we do is intentional. We believe consistent routines and clear boundaries lead to better care and less stress for everyone involved. What truly makes us different is that we genuinely care about the dogs as if they were our own. This is not just a job for us. It is something we are deeply passionate about, and it shows in the way we handle, groom, board, and advocate for every dog entrusted to our care.

We adopted a pup (from an adoption fair) and my daughter picked out a collar that Holly makes herself! She picked a cute one with a bow tie haha. There are collars of all colors and designs. Other than collars and leashes, Bella & Bow's also carries a small selection of specialty dog foods, had a bulk treat bar, and cute gifts for a pet owner such as jelwery, frames, decor, etc. You can also sign your pooch up for the Birthday Club! They will get a free treat, bandana, and 15% an item. If they're family, why not celebrate! One of the services they offer is pet photography! They offer photo shoots during holidays but will also come to you to capture pictures of your furry friends and family. So cool! We had a few done and I can't wait to see them! If you're in the area, stop in and say hello to the lovely ladies working here. Grab a new collar or treat for your pooch and support a TRUE local business!

I figured someone just had a bad day and brought her back this week for boarding. They did not give her any of her treats and my dog was starving when she got in the car. She smelled awful and was filthy! Her white coat was brown and paws were black. All this from a 48 hour board. My dog never looked so terrible! I will never use them again! They must be under new management . They have gone way down since I first started using the three years ago. Beware! Photo is how she looked today after picking her up and how she normally looks everyday.

Ok I'm so…read morepissed, to anybody who needs a vet or groomer DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO Saraland Animal Clinic /KRITTER SITTERS Thursday mom took her baby to get groomed dropped her off at 945 am and didn't get to pick her up till almost 5pm. Now I think I know why they took all day to have her ready. We picked her up at around 5 pm and nothing was said about anything so of course she had her bows in her hair and the bandanna around her neck, so if course after having the bandanna on for almost 2 days we take it off, and what do we find a really bad site. They must have cut her on her neck and there's a cut on her leg too. So if you don't want your fur baby injured by them and them not even have the balls to tell you then Don't Use Them. Here's what we saw after taking her bandanna off So yes I'm so pissed. Talked to the manager the next day, after I had to call her since my mom hadn't heard from her and I know she knew because I had emailed the vet that shares the same building with them and asked them to give them my email. Even got an email from the vet saying she told the manager and that she was supposed to be contacting my mom that morning, but she never called her, which shows she didn't care what happened. She denied that this happened there and said so it took y'all 2 days to find this, and I said well yes because after y'all put her bows and bandanna on which covers her neck, it stayed on her neck for those 2 days and taking it off her revealed this nasty cut on her neck. But she continues to deny they did anything, Definitely going to be consulting an attorney to see what can be done, and pray they don't hurt any more fur babies, cause if they do their gonna deny it since they have no concious or love for your pets or they would have just informed usof this but they didn't so I'll see what I need to do. Just wanted to warn everybody so they don't go through this with the their fur baby. I have pictures to but can not post on here I guess. Wish I could cause people need to see the pictures to see what they can do to your pets.

The location is convenient to Saraland going north on 43 or from exit 19 off of 65! They have ample parking and a small yard off to the side for walking your nervous ones! The staff is young an energetic, we have one dog who's super brace and walks right in and hops in the kennel, and another who weighs 80 pounds and hits the breaks. They will hold doors or help carry her on what's needed. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have a love for all things that have four legs and bark! The dogs come back smelling great, with shiny coats! The nails are almost always perfectly trimmed, and they have options for all grooming needs. They have a 25 dollar package for either a hair cut, ear cleaning, grinding nails, and a bandana or bow. Alternatively they have a 10 deshedding treatment or 10 dollar bath including nails and ears. They have a-La-carte options including nail painting, a blueberry facial, paw pad treatment, or flea bath for 5 bucks each! I can't vouch for the add on options but if they are your thing, they do a great job with the other options! All in all it's a great place, the dogs love it, and they have an amazin
