The…read moreCostco gas experience is substantially better at the Mobile Costco than the New Orleans Costco as even though the New Orleans gas station is far larger it is constantly jam packed and you nearly always have to wait in a line to finally get to the gas pump. The Mobile gas prices often don't seem cheaper than the rest of the normal gas stations in the area while in New Orleans the gas is at least 10 cents cheaper than the other area gas stations. As is the case among Costco locations I find the Mobile location offers things that the New Orleans one doesn't and vice versa. I wish they would build a location in Foley or Orange Beach. They are about to open a BJs in Foley but from what I've researched I'm pretty sure Costco is better. Sam's Club doesn't do anything for me and they don't have the items I'm looking for.

My friend went to the restroom and came back wanting to leave because there was no t.p., but I went and got a young man who had the good grace to be embarrassed and to fix it promptly. I bought three books and got a very nicely prepared cup of coffee at the JoeMuggs area. The franchise has reduced the offerings at the area, but I was always a cup of coffee kind of person anyway. The cashier had to go across to a different register to preorder the new Prince Harry book for me, but it was handled efficiently and I got a reduced preorder price which included shipping to my home and is significantly less than I would have paid on Amazon (I checked). So, it was a pleasant visit to what is more bookstore than toy store and I saved a few bucks. Very nice.
