The prices are reasonable and if you are a member of the willing to give "them and everyone else in line your phone number" club then you get occasional coupons and services! I have shopped at Tractor Supply since I bought a farm in 2009 I appreciate the annual report on my purchases. Like many people I buy small nuts, washers and bolts by weight. I carefully kept them separate on the bags. I lost my receipt. I returned the hardware still sorted into its individual bags. I think my total refund was under $15 for 4 or 5 bags. I felt like I was doing my part to reduce waste. I am usually terrible about returning unneeded items. Turns out I tripped a switch. I exceeded the more than 3 returns with out a receipt in a six month period. Not withstanding I could have dumped all the hardware into a single bag viola one return without receipt. I spoke to corporate customer service. They could not tell me what I returned. When I returned it and how many returns I made. Sorry the computer won't allow us to do anything. Only the fact that i remembered doing this gives me a clue. They did have the store manager call me. Sorry his hands are tied. Well here's the deal, i have many sources of what i purchased from Tractor Supply in the past. Im done with this type of BS read more

This Tractor Supply Co location on Schillinger Rd. is terrible. The customer service is the worst that I have ever seen in my life. The parking lot was empty. So we thought great we could easily get some help and get back home quickly. OMG we were terribly wrong. Before entering the store we could see a lady & gentleman associate standing at the front doors. As the doors opened the gentleman associate was on the phone assisting a customer and turned away to finish his conversation once we entered. The female associate proceeded to walk in the opposite direction without asking us if we needed assistance. As we continued to walk towards to ASK for help she continued to walk away. WOW!!! I'm not a genius but even Walmart Associates don't walk away and turn their back while assisting callers on the phone. Now I know why the parking lot was empty because the customer service SUCKS!!! We will never return to this location. read more

I visit this store for feed and supplies every week and all of the employees that I have delt with are courteous and very helpful! If they are out of something I need they call the other store for me... one of them actually picked up some hay bales for me from the store across the bay and brought them in the next day for me!!! Can't beat that for customer service : ) I would rate them higher if possible! read more

I only come here to get bulk nuts bolts and screws, way cheaper if you only need a couple of each and not an entire box. Would love to buy other things however prices are much to high for me. read more
