Being in Arizona we know how hot the pavement is and they were more than willing to help out with sizing for doggie boots to protect their feet. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. So if you're looking for items for your fur baby, this is the place.

This store keeps their animals in improper conditions with little to no enrichment and poor husbandry practices. I even asked an employee directly about their care standards, and they admitted they keep reptiles on reptile carpet -- something that is widely known in the reptile community to be unsafe due to: * bacteria buildup * risk of nail/toe injury * unsanitary conditions There was no concern, no accountability, and no effort to improve. Please do your research before supporting this business. No animal deserves to suffer due to neglect like this.

Since that time three years ago, we have been coming here with our other pug pets that we have adopted- not only for food, but for their veterinarian needs as well. The second time was in seeing the hospitals doctor whom "come to find out" was actually the owner! It was a professional & pleasant experience for our senior pug Mo. We've been back now numerous times for checkups and vaccine's visits with our newest addition Marvel and we have had nothing but knowledgeable, kind and helpful staff. Every visit has been very positive for our fury babies and they have been treated so well by all the employees. Note-They do have a long wait list so make sure you call way in advance to get an appointment. If it's an emergency for their hospital they do not have the ability to get your pet seen right away unless you "luck out" and there's a cancellation, but the odds of that happening are very slim. There is not an immediate "emergency" services hospital available here. Store-There's a nice shop adjacent to the hospital that offers many different types of pet products for every type of pet, Including treats, toys and healthcare merchandise to explore. They have a grooming salon, pet boarding and pet adoption program offered here too! Recommend- Highly suggest getting on their monthly newsletter which is sent via email. They send out detailed information to inform customers of their happenings. They also provide deals on their products & promotions so sign up for with their rewards program. This will be helpful if you are constantly seeming to purchase pet food (dry) like we do! If so, this just might bring you a free bag after you hit a certain quality! Once I entered into the grooming salon I asked to get y pups nails filed down. The lady had the nastiest attitude and asked me to step outside while she checked in her customers as if I was not a customer. This was the most unprofessional experience as if they did not want my business. I will add that I am black given I just noted they were hosting a Turning Point event back in April wish I had seen that prior because that explains everything. It's a sad time to see the inhumanity on full display. It's unfortunate that I am forced to give a 1 star.

Before entering the department I stood outside and watched a grooming in progress. No other facility has the option to actually watch a grooming. The facility was clean. The manager spent time explaining services, looking at my dog's coat and skin before giving me a recommendation. I booked an appointment with Sydney. I can't say enough how impressed and pleased I am! My boy looked fabulous after his spa day; clean, shiny and absolutely no shedding! The fee was extremely reasonable. The dogs consistently come back looking clean, fresh, and well cared for. What really stands out is how patient and gentle the groomers are--especially with our high-anxiety dog. They take their time and make sure the dogs are comfortable, which gives us so much peace of mind. It's clear they truly care about the animals they work with. It's hard to find a groomer you can fully trust, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend!

We had a 1:30 grooming appointment on Saturday and arrived at 1:22. I waited in the lobby until 1:54 and repeatedly tried to get someone's attention. I rang the front bell multiple times while my husband waited in the car. Around 1:50, after I had already been waiting for nearly 30 minutes, he came inside and called out toward the back before we finally left. No one came out to help us. What bothered us even more was the response afterward. We were told the bell "did not go off" and that someone had been up front until after 1:40. That does not match my experience at all. I was physically in the lobby the entire time, and I have timestamped texts showing that I had already been waiting and ringing the bell well before then. Had someone simply acknowledged that something went wrong, apologized, and taken ownership of the situation, this probably would have ended there. Instead, the response felt dismissive and more focused on disputing what happened than addressing the fact that a customer and her dog were left waiting unattended for over 30 minutes. We also sent feedback directly to the owner and never received a response. I really did not want to write this review, especially after previously recommending them so highly. Unfortunately, the way this was handled completely changed how we feel about returning.

They have 2 types of shampoo and a conditioner. The tub is nice and deep with a walk up ramp. There was a slicker brush to use. The water was warm and the pressure was variable and awesome. They do not offer towels, so you might bring your own. They do have a high volume blow dryer though. Its been a day now and my girls coat is very dry and her itching is worse and now she has dandruff. She is my service dog and I cant have her looking dirty, so handled it here. Ahes feeling and looking more comfortable. We are not used to the super dry weather. Today was treat Thursday and they had a discount on the treats I picked out for my girl and my brothers dog. Kelley and Jeff were very friendly and helpful. If I was local, I'd come back.
