They did not return my puppy's Kong collar. When I showed them picture of her wearing it before we took her there they show me crappy video they have walking her to room, but say no camera in room where they took off her collar and harness...video is far from high definition and they say you can check in on your pet at any time 24/7...yea right. All I have to say in closing, Pet paradise , you owe me $50 collar and apology. If that's the way you treat me I can't imagine how you treat animals there... In response to your BS reply I already gave you 2 chances to make it right...better things to do with my time n already got her new collar...hate liars and despise thieves...

This is the worst experience that we've had with our dogs. It is the second time that we board our dogs here, the first time they returned our dogs with the paws covered in urine, my goldendoodle had a paw infection and my small dog even had parts of his body covered in urine. Before giving them another chance we called them before and they apologize and told us that that was not going to happen again. We even booked two baths so they were clean and cute for us to pick them up. Attached are the pictures of what we received. After $830 both dogs got a path infection and didn't get a bath and they charged us for that. We asked to ask with a supervisor and she said "I am the supervisor, whats up?. And refunded the bats (that they didn't get). Beside that, if you have a friendly kind of shy dog I will avoid this place. I had to call because there was a german shepherd bullying my dog and no one pays any attention to the dogs, the two girls were talking on the same spot not interacting with the dogs, they just needed a coffee table and some cookies. We did it just because of how close it is to us but there are so many other good places around that this one is definitely not worth it. There is Boulder Falls Pet Resort that is amazing and plenty of facebook groups around north Phoenix that offer the service. If you know someone with dogs that could possibly stay here, please let them know to not do it! I will make sure to post on my north phoenix facebook groups so everyone is aware.

I am so thankful for Pet Paradise being so close to my home! Pet paradise provides day camps and overnight boarding. There are times when we know we won't be able to make it home to let our dog out and this is great because I can drop my dog off before work, and then just pick her up before 7pm when they close and be able to get things done that day! Or we have gone on vacations and left her at Pet paradise and I was so thankful that they had the option where they could send me a picture and an update on how she was doing via email! Prices are very competitive with all other boarding places but this place is definitely larger and has better play areas! You Can even watch your dog play on the doggy web cam! We appreciate pet paradise and that we have an option to help us with our dog! She loves going to pet paradise and gets so excited every time we get there! Still the only place we take our dog! She loves it here; being able to party with dog friends while we are away!? She loves it and we trust Pet Paradise to take care of her for day camp or lodging; she also can get groomed or a nail trim to! Did I mention Doggy Ice Cream Toi!

We had a great experience at Pet Paradise with our dog Wally! They had him do a trial before boarding to make sure he would do okay, and they made a super cute evaluation (complete with a hand drawn photo lol). We were worried about leaving him because he's so shy and wary of new environments but they took great care of him, and he seemed happy and comfortable during his stay. They gave him a report card prior to pick up, and we were able to add a bath and nail trim on his last day of boarding. He's exhausted today because he had so much fun! Wally will definitely be back .

Came in for the trial day because the pictures online looked nice and wanted to try a new dog boarding place in case we went out of town and couldn't find anyone to watch her. Was sort of given a tour but weren't allowed in to see where she was staying which seemed a little suspicious. The individual pen areas looked like little cinderblock jail cells which they spend most of the day in alone with no toys or stimuli unless you bring their toys which would have been nice to know ahead of time. The turf area looks nothing like the online pictures, it's very small, dingy, and dirty. There was no other information given to us about cameras or how we could get in touch if we needed to or even just letting us know she'll have access to fresh water all day or where she'll be able to go to the bathroom. Got no updates throughout the day while she was there and when we picked her up they said she got into something but didn't know what (so fingers crossed it's not something toxic or dangerous that we'll need to take her to the vet for). She also had what looked like dog slobber on her back and some weird white marks around her nose which almost look like someone muzzled her. Our report card was half filled out and didn't include any information about how she interacted with the other dogs, which was our biggest concern, especially considering the dog slobber on her back (was it from another dog attacking her or playing with her? we have no idea). Also, we used a prong collar when we walked her in and usually you're supposed to take those off when you're not walking the dog but it seems like they left it on the whole time, which is pretty unsafe for the dog especially in group play situations. Not coming back.

    My dogs cut up face.

I needed to board my pup while I went on vacation and passed their initial free assessment and complementary play date, filed his health records with them etc. A week later I dropped him off for his week of boarding. When I arrived home I quickly dropped off my luggage and immediately went to pick him up. Once I arrived, excited to see my little dude they brought him out. He was not himself. Not excited, and lethargic. I figured he was just tired from his week of playing with other pups. As soon as I put him in my car he fell asleep, and once home he did the same thing, which for a 6-month-old Boston Terrier is unheard of. The following day was the same, I chalked it up as he must have had a great time playing and was still exhausted. The next day he was extremely ill, coughing, diarrhea and weak so I rushed him to the Vet. Their diagnosis was an upper respiratory infection a fever and Kennel cough. My pup is completely vaccinated and was perfectly healthy when dropped off. I understand things happen, but this was infuriating to me. When I picked him up I was curious why he was just handed to me and shuffled me out the door, now I understand why. That same attitude was received when I called to inform them of his condition. The young lady just said "I'll tell the owner and hung up" and that was it. I wanted to like this place, but on top of their boarding fees, I now have medical bills due to their facility and lack of action when he was clearly sick while there, due to an illness he contracted while there, and hopefully, he recovers soon. The photo attached is him once loaded in the car after picking him up. Clearly not a 6 mo old Boston excited to see me after a week away. I am beside myself, and angry to say the least.

My dogs, Buster and Rocky, had an amazing boarding stay over the July 4th weekend. The team--Melissa, Liz, Paityn, Taylor, and Brenna--were truly outstanding. They were personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making both me and my pups feel completely at ease. I really appreciated that while they offered some fantastic add-on services, there was absolutely no sales pressure. I chose a few extras, and I'm so glad I did. My lab mix got the detangler shampoo and the FURminator brush, and he came home like a different dog--smooth, handsome, and no more hair flying everywhere! The staff coordinated everything beautifully, scheduling baths on pick-up day, along with nail trims and ear cleaning. They even included snuggles, photos, report cards, and provided a webcam so I could check in while I was away. The attention to detail and level of care truly made this feel like a top-tier pet resort--but at very affordable prices. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for both doggie daycare and boarding. The one-stop convenience and time savings alone are worth it, but the peace of mind knowing my dogs were so well cared for is priceless. We'll definitely be back!

I could not figure out why nothing was working. A colleagusuggested that I try a dog trainer named Bob Solomini that he had used in the past. His passion and confidence in Bob convinced me and even though I was very skeptical and worn out I decided to give it one last try. I am excited to tell you about my invaluable experience and what I learned from it: -my dog was only a small part of the problem, but the majority of the behavioral problems stemmed from me. Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. In fact, most of my neighbors walked the other way when they saw us and complained about my dog's bad behavior. After the first lesson, I immediately knew that I had found something different. Humane, focused,, professional, and results driven. I am so lucky that I found all American K-9 and especially Bob Solomini. I love walking my dog now, and all of my neighbors have praised the incredible transformation that they see. This was literally a life-changing experience for my dog and for me. I am so thankful that I found somebody that really knows what they're doing and really cares -not only is Bob a great person, but also the Best dog trainer that I have ever met. Every Doggie Has Its Daycare

    (85 reviews)

I did a search online looking for a local dog daycare for my mom's German Shepherd. This was the…read moreclosest one I could find to her. It's located in Peoria, AZ which is northwest of Phoenix. It is near Bell Road and the 101 making it accessible for people like me traveling from nearby cities. The facility is in an industrial type zone. The building is sort of a large warehouse that is shared by several businesses. The backside has large garage type doors. I only know this because Google Maps led me to the back (south side) of the building initially. The map has been updated to hopefully prevent others from getting lost looking for the entrance which is on the northeast corner of the building. Every Doggie Has Its Daycare has applications online that you can download, print, and complete. The information provided online makes it easy for you to prepare for your first appointment. You'll need the latest copy of your dog's vaccination records including Bordetella. Plus, you will need the paperwork showing that your pet was spayed or neutered. Even though my dog has a tattoo indicating that she was spayed, the paperwork was required. I appreciate that the business has high standards and requests these records. It lets me know that patrons of the business care for their dogs and that my dog will be in a healthy and safe environment. Before allowing your dog to use their services, you will need to schedule a free, 3-hour temperament test. This allows the staff to assess your dog's energy level and comparability with other dogs. Based on this, your dog will be paired accordingly for future play groups. Please note, some dog breeds are not allowed due to insurance policies of the business. While the facility does not offer a webcam remotely or on site, the staff do actively take and post photos of the dogs on the business Instagram and Facebook pages. They post pictures pretty much every hour and try to capture every new dog entering the facility during that hour. Once your paperwork is in order, the temperament test has been completed, and your dog has been approved for services, you can start bringing them to daycare or make appointments for boarding services. Daycare doesn't require advanced bookings. I love that you can bring your dogs in and drop them off at the spur of the moment for a half or full day of play. This is so convenient for those days when you have extra work or maybe aren't feeling well enough to give your dog the exercise and attention he or she needs. My dog needs socialization on a weekly basis. She hangs out with humans daily all day, but benefits from the play and mental stimulation she gets from daycare. She always comes home relaxed and tired from her time at the facility. The facility is temperature controlled so your dog can safely enjoy play during the hot summer and cooler winter days. They do have access to an outdoor area too. It has high walls, so there is no chance of escape. You can pre-purchase packages of half day or full day passes to daycare. So far, I have just been paying as I go which is also acceptable. It's about a $40 saving if you buy the package, but you have to use it within 90 days. They take all credit cards. It's important to note that late pickups will be charged $1 per minute! That's a good incentive to make sure you arrive before they close at 7pm during the weekdays to collect your dog from daycare. I've booked a boarding reservation during the holidays. There is a deposit required during this time period because of the increased demand for services. They ask that you bring your dog's food measured out for each meal in ziplock bags. They provide everything else your dog needs for the overnight stay, but you are welcome to bring your dog's bed or blanket that provides familiar smells and will help your dog adjust easier. Also included in boarding is daycare. There is no extra charge for this ensuring your dog gets lots of exercise during the day so she can get a good night of sleep too. I'm delighted that I found this business. The staff have been super friendly in-person and on the phone. Their website has detailed information so you can get your questions answered, but call or stop by if you need additional information. I'm certain you will get the details you need and feel assured in your decision to leave your furry family member in their care.
