My boy Bouy!

My dog had to be boarded for the first time and this was the place to go! It was easy and I got the starter package to have him go to daycare during the days leading up to his 3 day stay. He definitely was happy and exhausted each day from playing! Will use again!

Badger and Scotch love to board here! Both are extremely young rescues, and Badger especially, has trust (of other humans) and separation (from me) issues, but the minute we arrive here, none of that anxiety kicks in for either of them. They know they are in for a great day of play, and always come home tired and happy. The staff is very attentive and it's evident they love dogs. Packages are available and are a huge money saver, especially if you have more than one dog however, make sure you keep track of your packages. Their computer system has had a couple of blips in the past where we've had to figure out where a session has disappeared to, but the staff has been incredibly patient and diligent with me in making sure my records are straight if I've noticed a discrepancy. It's rare, and I do think their computer system is better now, but it has had its moments in the past. Shannon and Natalia have been amazing in that regard. My pups also love Makena! This place is great, especially for first responders or any people that work odd hours... you can drop off and pick your babies up any hour of the day! Rest assured they are in caring hands!

My dog after attending doggie daycare at Glendale 24/7!

Don't go here. One star is one too many. My dogs first daycare, after meet and greet, and in one hour and a half he was injured. No one knows how and manager , Billy, said , don't you know we have fifty dogs! I'm out $1000 and President not responding!

Love love LOVE this place! After moving to the north valley from Downtown Phoenix, my sweet Pitty Mix needed a new place to romp and socialize. Aftering touring a few different places, we brought Cas in for his free assessment. He loved them and they loved him! I never have to worry about him being kenneled or harsh corrections. The front desk guys are always very welcoming and helpful and the staff are very sweet. Cas is now very excited for his Wednesday playdates and we're just happy he sleeps the next day and a half.

I was terrified of boarding my 10 year old Beagle because of horror stories I've heard in the past- but this place totally changed my mind. All of the staff are so unbelievably sweet, caring, and helpful. You can truly tell they care- and that means the most to me. My pupper boarded here for 4 days while I went out of the country. My mom called daily for updates and she said the staff were so understanding of our crazy need to keep checking in. They also post so many pictures on their Facebook page which warms my heart. We will definitely become regulars here!

I recently had to leave the state and had no one to watch him so I drove all the way to Phoenix and board him on Bell Rd.

I was referred to this business by a local Boston Terrier Facebook group. Their reviews were…read morestellar, so I reached out to them. I needed to board my pup while I went on vacation and passed their initial free assessment and complementary play date, filed his health records with them etc. A week later I dropped him off for his week of boarding. When I arrived home I quickly dropped off my luggage and immediately went to pick him up. Once I arrived, excited to see my little dude they brought him out. He was not himself. Not excited, and lethargic. I figured he was just tired from his week of playing with other pups. As soon as I put him in my car he fell asleep, and once home he did the same thing, which for a 6-month-old Boston Terrier is unheard of. The following day was the same, I chalked it up as he must have had a great time playing and was still exhausted. The next day he was extremely ill, coughing, diarrhea and weak so I rushed him to the Vet. Their diagnosis was an upper respiratory infection a fever and Kennel cough. My pup is completely vaccinated and was perfectly healthy when dropped off. I understand things happen, but this was infuriating to me. When I picked him up I was curious why he was just handed to me and shuffled me out the door, now I understand why. That same attitude was received when I called to inform them of his condition. The young lady just said "I'll tell the owner and hung up" and that was it. I wanted to like this place, but on top of their boarding fees, I now have medical bills due to their facility and lack of action when he was clearly sick while there, due to an illness he contracted while there, and hopefully, he recovers soon. The photo attached is him once loaded in the car after picking him up. Clearly not a 6 mo old Boston excited to see me after a week away. I am beside myself, and angry to say the least.

Excellent Experience at Camp Bow Wow over July 4th Weekend!…read more I can't say enough great things about Camp Bow Wow! My dogs, Buster and Rocky, had an amazing boarding stay over the July 4th weekend. The team--Melissa, Liz, Paityn, Taylor, and Brenna--were truly outstanding. They were personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making both me and my pups feel completely at ease. I really appreciated that while they offered some fantastic add-on services, there was absolutely no sales pressure. I chose a few extras, and I'm so glad I did. My lab mix got the detangler shampoo and the FURminator brush, and he came home like a different dog--smooth, handsome, and no more hair flying everywhere! The staff coordinated everything beautifully, scheduling baths on pick-up day, along with nail trims and ear cleaning. They even included snuggles, photos, report cards, and provided a webcam so I could check in while I was away. The attention to detail and level of care truly made this feel like a top-tier pet resort--but at very affordable prices. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for both doggie daycare and boarding. The one-stop convenience and time savings alone are worth it, but the peace of mind knowing my dogs were so well cared for is priceless. We'll definitely be back!

This review is from my mom:…read more On June 24, 2021, I tripped over an empty paint bucket coming into a dark house from the garage which was also dark. This situation caused me to fall on my right hip breaking the very top of my hip. Surgery for a new hip replacement was necessary. I was kept in the hospital after surgery overnight. The next day I was transported to a recovery center for care and therapy. I had no idea how long I would be there. I was dischaged on September 19th. I was in a panic, "who will take care of my babies?" It happens that I have a contact that works at PET PARADISE located at 1675 W Happy Valley in Phoenix, AZ. She suggested they could board there, and would have the best care ever. I was reluctant because I was not sure how they would react around other dogs because they had very little contact with others. Besides, I thought they would be so sad missing me as I missed them. Well, that was not the case. I could sign in on my cell phone and watch them in certain areas. I could not believe how they interacted with the other dogs. They were playing and wrestling with the others. It was necessary for them to stay there from June 24 to Sept 19 when I was discharged from the care center. Because I could not visit them, I was totally amazed at the great care and attention from employees that cared for my babies. I do not know names of employees because I never had the opportunity to meet them, but I can say they are all GREAT CARING EMPLOYEES THAT LOVE THEIR JOB AND THE ANIMALS LEFT IN THEIR CARE FOR WHATEVER REASON. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PET PARADISE LOCATION TO ANYONE IN NEED OF CARE FOR YOUR DOG!!! They are also available for other pets. BIRD (my nickname)

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pet Paradise. I dropped my dog, Samson,…read moreoff on Wednesday, February 25th, for a stay until Sunday, March 1st. After arriving at our destination, we received a missed call. When my husband called back, he was told that Samson had attacked another dog completely unprovoked, would no longer be allowed in group play, and would require one-on-one sessions at an additional $20 per day. When I called to get clarification, I spoke with Savannah Solomon, the regional manager, and her behavior was completely unacceptable. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and lacked any empathy whatsoever. Her tone made it feel as though my concerns about my dog's well-being were an inconvenience. As someone who works in customer service, I understand how to handle difficult conversations and this was handled terribly. What concerned me most was knowing that someone who spoke to me with such coldness and hostility was involved in overseeing my dog's care while I was out of state. It made me genuinely anxious about leaving Samson there. Instead of reassuring me, she made the situation worse. I spent the first half of my vacation extremely worried that my dog would be judged, neglected, or treated differently because of how she characterized him. Savannah claimed Samson was "nippy" and stated he would never be allowed back into group play with no discussion of reevaluation, training options, or probationary return. However, when my husband reviewed the footage with another representative, it showed the other dog was nipping and harassing multiple dogs in camp. Samson appeared to have had enough and jumped toward the dog, but he did not pin the dog down as we were initially told, and he showed no aggression toward staff when separated. He was not acting aggressively. I understand that dogs will be dogs, and normal play can escalate. If Samson had been placed in a temporary timeout, that would have been reasonable. But a permanent ban from camp play along with additional daily fees felt excessive and unfair. Thankfully, when I called back the following day, Olivia was kind, professional, and reassuring. She made me feel much more comfortable about Samson's care. Unfortunately, the way Savannah handled the situation left a lasting negative impression. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.
