The owner, Lisa, is very responsive and it's easy to book services through their online portal. We've had various sitters over the past few years and Jacki is the best we've ever had. She is so friendly and keeps us very well-informed about our older kitty, who does not like to be alone. When she comes, she sits with him in his favorite recliner and brushes him, which he just loves. We are so comfortable knowing that Jacki is looking after our precious chubby boy. Scheduling was super easy (via email, with prompt responses) and I sent over vet records ahead of the appt. We arrived at 11am and got him checked in, they called when they were ready to start and we talked about doing just a "standard" doodle cut, keeping him cool for summer. We picked him up around 4pm and he was SO handsome! The matted fur in his ears was good, we could see his eyes, he smelled delicious and he looked like a new dog! The staff were super friendly and pricing was extremely competitive - absolutely will be back!

I was referred to this business by a local Boston Terrier Facebook group. Their reviews were…read morestellar, so I reached out to them. I needed to board my pup while I went on vacation and passed their initial free assessment and complementary play date, filed his health records with them etc. A week later I dropped him off for his week of boarding. When I arrived home I quickly dropped off my luggage and immediately went to pick him up. Once I arrived, excited to see my little dude they brought him out. He was not himself. Not excited, and lethargic. I figured he was just tired from his week of playing with other pups. As soon as I put him in my car he fell asleep, and once home he did the same thing, which for a 6-month-old Boston Terrier is unheard of. The following day was the same, I chalked it up as he must have had a great time playing and was still exhausted. The next day he was extremely ill, coughing, diarrhea and weak so I rushed him to the Vet. Their diagnosis was an upper respiratory infection a fever and Kennel cough. My pup is completely vaccinated and was perfectly healthy when dropped off. I understand things happen, but this was infuriating to me. When I picked him up I was curious why he was just handed to me and shuffled me out the door, now I understand why. That same attitude was received when I called to inform them of his condition. The young lady just said "I'll tell the owner and hung up" and that was it. I wanted to like this place, but on top of their boarding fees, I now have medical bills due to their facility and lack of action when he was clearly sick while there, due to an illness he contracted while there, and hopefully, he recovers soon. The photo attached is him once loaded in the car after picking him up. Clearly not a 6 mo old Boston excited to see me after a week away. I am beside myself, and angry to say the least.

We take our Boxer Booker to Always Unleashed for daycare and for boarding. He loves it there! He…read moregets so excited when we pull in and can't wait to run out to the yard and play. We can hardly get his leash off, he's so eager to see friends. We love the live cameras in the yard and inside the hound lounge. It's so nice to be able to check on our fur baby and see what he is up to! One of the main reasons we love Always Unleashed is not only the live cameras, but they are "always unleashed!" They don't kennel the dogs. They all hang out together outside and inside. All the dogs seem calm because they don't have the pent up anxiety of being in a kennel outside of their home. They aren't barking all the time and agitated. They are hanging together as a group. The outside has a ton of misters and a large pool for the pups. They have lots of room to play. Our dog Booker has made friends with other dogs and it's so fun to see him playing and happy. He was boarded over his birthday this past year and they gave him special treats and extra attention. They sent us pictures and videos. They are currently under renovation, redoing the front office check-in space. It will be nice when it's all completed, but it's been nice they have stayed open during the renovation. This summer our flight was delayed flying home from Chicago and Shea was great letting us pick up Booker a little later. We didn't want to wait another day to see our baby! Another time we were stuck on the 17 in traffic because of an accident coming home from Flagstaff. They understand how important our fur baby is to us! Another time Booker got a hot spot on his paw and they were on the phone with me about it and how I wanted it treated. Then after he was home Shea followed up with me to see how he was doing. Booker always comes home happy and tired. Always Unleashed is a great place for day care or boarding, highly recommend.
