I've been taking my dog to Soddy stylez for about a year and my dog gets all excited when we go and is groomed and cut perfectly each time. They seem to really care and tend to all the dogs needs and build a relationship with not just the owner but the dogs too. I highly recommend all of their services.

I love bringing my pup here! They style her exactly how I like even with my dog being a bit fussy! I was so grateful that the day before thanksgiving, the owner was able to get me an appointment and come back to cut my dogs hair for my moms wedding the following day. Very sweet staff and professional.

The groomer who groomed my dog skinned her skin off.

I have been a life long customer until today! I took my dog to get groomed at this salon and my dog got skinned. I called the salon and talked to the groomer and told her she injured didn't injure my dog. She was telling me that she is honest with her clients and would not hurt my dog. She hung up the phone on me and I talked with manager and showed her my dog and she denies that her groomer did anything wrong. She asked me to not come back and said she will not pay for my vet bills. DO NOT GO TO THIS GROOMER! PROTECT YOUR ANIMALS!!

This is jasper! Doggy Stylz is awesome! He looked absolutely beautiful. Will be a new regular customer!! You girls rock!

We happened upon this place when we thought our go to closed down. They didn't- but it doesn't matter. We are sold on our newfound gem. Jeffrey gives it a " two paws up!"

Kristie is clear in her instructions to the humans and is patient with answering questions and modeling how to give commands and corrections. For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. I appreciate the freedom Kristie and Michelle offer us to get away several times a year. I completely trust them. Give them a shot!

After sitting in back room for at least 30 minutes vet came in felt her neck and said she needed a Cytology. I asked him if it could be an infection in her ear or tooth and his response was no it's a tumor or a cyst and they needed to see if cancer. They took her back in a different area and did a "Sick exam" and took the sample. Lasted about 5-10 minutes. We went home and 3 days later got results over the phone NO CANCER thank goodness. They said it was an enlarged lymph Node from an infection. They could not get us back in for 5 days. The next day I called because the lump had doubled in size and she was so sick and would not eat. Their response was take her to an emergency vet. Would not order us any antibiotics or squeeze us in for a quick 5 minute This place had no compassion They do not care about animals So unfriendly , unprofessional and expensive! I called a different vet got in same day on antibiotics and my girl is getting better already. I would never go to this vet!! I did a search online looking for a local dog daycare for my mom's German Shepherd. This was the…read moreclosest one I could find to her. It's located in Peoria, AZ which is northwest of Phoenix. It is near Bell Road and the 101 making it accessible for people like me traveling from nearby cities. The facility is in an industrial type zone. The building is sort of a large warehouse that is shared by several businesses. The backside has large garage type doors. I only know this because Google Maps led me to the back (south side) of the building initially. The map has been updated to hopefully prevent others from getting lost looking for the entrance which is on the northeast corner of the building. Every Doggie Has Its Daycare has applications online that you can download, print, and complete. The information provided online makes it easy for you to prepare for your first appointment. You'll need the latest copy of your dog's vaccination records including Bordetella. Plus, you will need the paperwork showing that your pet was spayed or neutered. Even though my dog has a tattoo indicating that she was spayed, the paperwork was required. I appreciate that the business has high standards and requests these records. It lets me know that patrons of the business care for their dogs and that my dog will be in a healthy and safe environment. Before allowing your dog to use their services, you will need to schedule a free, 3-hour temperament test. This allows the staff to assess your dog's energy level and comparability with other dogs. Based on this, your dog will be paired accordingly for future play groups. Please note, some dog breeds are not allowed due to insurance policies of the business. While the facility does not offer a webcam remotely or on site, the staff do actively take and post photos of the dogs on the business Instagram and Facebook pages. They post pictures pretty much every hour and try to capture every new dog entering the facility during that hour. Once your paperwork is in order, the temperament test has been completed, and your dog has been approved for services, you can start bringing them to daycare or make appointments for boarding services. Daycare doesn't require advanced bookings. I love that you can bring your dogs in and drop them off at the spur of the moment for a half or full day of play. This is so convenient for those days when you have extra work or maybe aren't feeling well enough to give your dog the exercise and attention he or she needs. My dog needs socialization on a weekly basis. She hangs out with humans daily all day, but benefits from the play and mental stimulation she gets from daycare. She always comes home relaxed and tired from her time at the facility. The facility is temperature controlled so your dog can safely enjoy play during the hot summer and cooler winter days. They do have access to an outdoor area too. It has high walls, so there is no chance of escape. You can pre-purchase packages of half day or full day passes to daycare. So far, I have just been paying as I go which is also acceptable. It's about a $40 saving if you buy the package, but you have to use it within 90 days. They take all credit cards. It's important to note that late pickups will be charged $1 per minute! That's a good incentive to make sure you arrive before they close at 7pm during the weekdays to collect your dog from daycare. I've booked a boarding reservation during the holidays. There is a deposit required during this time period because of the increased demand for services. They ask that you bring your dog's food measured out for each meal in ziplock bags. They provide everything else your dog needs for the overnight stay, but you are welcome to bring your dog's bed or blanket that provides familiar smells and will help your dog adjust easier. Also included in boarding is daycare. There is no extra charge for this ensuring your dog gets lots of exercise during the day so she can get a good night of sleep too. I'm delighted that I found this business. The staff have been super friendly in-person and on the phone. Their website has detailed information so you can get your questions answered, but call or stop by if you need additional information. I'm certain you will get the details you need and feel assured in your decision to leave your furry family member in their care.

Excellent Experience at Camp Bow Wow over July 4th Weekend!…read more I can't say enough great things about Camp Bow Wow! My dogs, Buster and Rocky, had an amazing boarding stay over the July 4th weekend. The team--Melissa, Liz, Paityn, Taylor, and Brenna--were truly outstanding. They were personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making both me and my pups feel completely at ease. I really appreciated that while they offered some fantastic add-on services, there was absolutely no sales pressure. I chose a few extras, and I'm so glad I did. My lab mix got the detangler shampoo and the FURminator brush, and he came home like a different dog--smooth, handsome, and no more hair flying everywhere! The staff coordinated everything beautifully, scheduling baths on pick-up day, along with nail trims and ear cleaning. They even included snuggles, photos, report cards, and provided a webcam so I could check in while I was away. The attention to detail and level of care truly made this feel like a top-tier pet resort--but at very affordable prices. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for both doggie daycare and boarding. The one-stop convenience and time savings alone are worth it, but the peace of mind knowing my dogs were so well cared for is priceless. We'll definitely be back!

The facility was conveniently located near the venue where I needed to be, and I only required my dog to be cared for one day. I was informed that I would receive pictures of my dog during his stay. After registering for the app, I checked throughout the night but did not receive any photos. Concerns During Pickup; While the lack of pictures was disappointing, what truly frustrated me was the condition of my dog upon pickup. He had urinated on his blanket. Although my dog is not perfect, I am familiar with his behaviors--he consistently holds his urine until he is let outside and will whimper to signal his needs. It was clear that he was not let out before bedtime or during the night, which led him to urinate in his bed. This issue was not addressed until shortly before I arrived to pick him up at 10:00 AM. His Bedding was provided to me in a a double garbage bag with his soaking wet blanket. Water Availability; Another major issue was the apparent lack of water in his cage. Before drop-off, I ensured my dog was hydrated, took him to the bathroom, and prepared him for his stay. When I picked him up the next morning, he immediately drank two bottles of water and tried to ask for more. I had to wait before giving him additional water to prevent him from getting sick. Overall Impression; I am extremely disappointed with the experience and do not plan to return to Paddock's Paws. After speaking with Ashland, the manager, I believed the facility would be a good fit for my dog. However, ignoring an animal's needs while being paid for care is unacceptable. I paid $79 for him to stay overnight without water or bathroom breaks, which is not the level of care I expected. A very displeased former one-time customer.

I needed to board my pup while I went on vacation and passed their initial free assessment and complementary play date, filed his health records with them etc. A week later I dropped him off for his week of boarding. When I arrived home I quickly dropped off my luggage and immediately went to pick him up. Once I arrived, excited to see my little dude they brought him out. He was not himself. Not excited, and lethargic. I figured he was just tired from his week of playing with other pups. As soon as I put him in my car he fell asleep, and once home he did the same thing, which for a 6-month-old Boston Terrier is unheard of. The following day was the same, I chalked it up as he must have had a great time playing and was still exhausted. The next day he was extremely ill, coughing, diarrhea and weak so I rushed him to the Vet. Their diagnosis was an upper respiratory infection a fever and Kennel cough. My pup is completely vaccinated and was perfectly healthy when dropped off. I understand things happen, but this was infuriating to me. When I picked him up I was curious why he was just handed to me and shuffled me out the door, now I understand why. That same attitude was received when I called to inform them of his condition. The young lady just said "I'll tell the owner and hung up" and that was it. I wanted to like this place, but on top of their boarding fees, I now have medical bills due to their facility and lack of action when he was clearly sick while there, due to an illness he contracted while there, and hopefully, he recovers soon. The photo attached is him once loaded in the car after picking him up. Clearly not a 6 mo old Boston excited to see me after a week away. I am beside myself, and angry to say the least.
