They offer grooming sessions, daycare, and boarding all which my girl enjoyed. The staff is very nice and all love dogs, and my pup is always excited to come back. The grooming session was mixed with daycare so you drop off in the morning and pick up I the afternoon. You describe what you want and how short to cut their hair. The groomer did a great job with my girl where she looked and smelled great. The daycare and boarding went very well too where I received photos of her daily playing outside with staff. They have some additional options when you check in to enhance your dog's experience and comfort. Overall they take great care of your loved one.

I do understand policy's but with construction and having a 2 year old I am unhappy with their costumer service. I personally work in the service industry and have clients but would never cancel an appointment and charge a late fee if they are less then 5 minutes late, because basic costumer service and having a loyal client means more and life does happen. One of the lady's said you should show up @1255 policy says 1. They also proceeded to say I said 10 am pick up when I have texts confirming 1, as stated multiple time we have until 1.Money hungry and rude. Now that we live here our precious ones have been there at least twice and each time they come home played out, happy, and so clean! This last week has been difficult for our family as we lost an important member of us; Firehouse has been there without question to take our loves, and my mother - in - laws loves, on a whim and extend their stays as long as we have requested with really no notice at all. They have been such a great support and to know our pets are loved like they're at home and as safe as the bank notes in Fort Knox gives me great ease each time I drop them off. My pup is an anxious guy and most of the time he comes back to me relaxed and exhausted. The last time he did seem very anxious when I picked him up, and he had tummy problems for a few days after, so not sure if he had as great an experience the last time. I called to see if it's normal since he'd been several times before and had never come home sick. They said just keep an eye on him and weren't very concerned. The staff is always welcoming and very kind. There are a couple of staff that have seemed a little unenthusiastic but I think maybe it just wasn't their best day. Overall, it's a great service and I'm sure we will be back.

They had me leave the dogs for a daycare for a few hours free of charge to see if they would get along with the other pups and they did great! We're so lucky to have them so close to home! They really took great care of our dogs and they got lots of play time with other pups. The price was also very competitive. I 100% recommend them and I hope you don't waste your time and/or money with some of the price gouging facilities that don't actually care for your dog. The program is far more comprehensive than other snake avoidance training. Some classes only provide a brief negative reinforcement exposure to snakes which may not be sufficient training. Utilizing both negative and positive reinforcement, Kris' program teaches dogs not only that snakes are dangerous, but how they should respond when encountered. The expert snake handler provided critical knowledge for dog owners which added to the comprehensive nature of this course. We are planning to reinforce our dog's training with yearly snake training at Canine Moxy and continue other training with Kris. Canine Moxy and Kris provide exceptional training and we highly recommend.
