Max is 13 years old and he's gone to the Snooty Pooch as soon as I realized they existed, about 8-9 years ago. I went in to ask for a donation to a fund-raiser PHHS was having. Because the owner was so generous, I decided I would take Max to them for his next grooming as a thank you. We haven't been to anyone else since! The groomers are incredibly kind and protective. As Max has aged, he has developed some health concerns and they are very supportive of his special needs. I've taken Max to be fluffed and ready for a party as well as for his 8-10 week grooming. I have the highest regard for this business.

We moved due to military orders, but when we recently returned to the area, I tried to schedule an appointment again, and they declined me. They told me they were only accepting clients who had been there before, even after I explained that we were previous clients and had brought the same dog multiple times before having to leave because of military orders. They still refused to groom her. They also said they would add me to a waitlist over a year ago, yet I've never heard anything back. It's disappointing to see how much their customer service has changed, especially after being loyal for so long.

Laura's Pet Grooming gave me an appointment the next day and I sat there while she removed them- she was amazing!! It didn't take much time and she cleaned up his undercoat and he looks great! A few other groomers told me they'd have to shave him to get the knots out - I'm so thrilled she could do it without shaving. Plus, he didn't even make a whimper when she was removing them. Apparently, instead of addressing the issue, they've chosen to penalize me for speaking up. Now I'm unable to book appointments online at Petco at all. When I called for clarification, the manager told me that because I complained previously, I'm no longer allowed to bring my dog there. On top of that, I can't even schedule appointments at any Petco location. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. Customers should not be punished for raising legitimate concerns about the service they receive.

They have good customer service and we were in and out in 20 minutes, including waiting for the lab results! We will do this again for vaccines.
