I can't fault him for that, I just prefer him as our pets vet and not getting a different one each time I have to take a pet there. Dr. Zulty was with me both times my elderly dogs passed away. That said here is the review for this visit. I rescued a kitten with my son and a friend from her work. I was immediately drawn to one particular kitten who was covered with black greasy substance and infested with fleas and extremely weak and tiny. He needed someone to just help him and love him like he deserves. After getting him home we immediately bathed him with cat shampoo which killed the fleas and eggs. We got lucky! I called the vets in the morning to ask if I could bring him in to have him checked by the vet & any shots.. I was able to get an appointment that day. Kudos!! I took him into the vets and it wasn't busy so I was called back in less than 5 minutes! Another positive! I'm on a roll with this visit lol. I put the carrier on the metal table and he came out and dead fleas fell off him so they asked if he was given something for fleas. I told them no, just bathed him in lavender mint cat shampoo and it killed all the fleas. They couldn't believe it but confirmed he had no live fleas and they treated him anyway with monthly flea/tick prevention. They took him to the back to do the exam and temp, weight etc. This is the reason for the 4/5. I prefer the vets examine my pet in my presence and do what they need to in the room with me there. Also bc I won't get to see Dr. Zulty. Now the vet came in holding our little guy and said he weighed .4lb, and approx 4-5weeks old. I knew he was young but thought he was probably the runt. The vet I saw was very nice and she explained everything to me and answered my questions about a few things. Overall a good experience. He had an eye infection which went away with prescription drops. She said she would give me a few oral syringes to feed him kitten replacement milk by hand every few hours. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful as well. The only thing that took longer than expected was waiting to pay the bill. I should mention that before they do anything to your pet they will ask you if you are ok with it and the prices. Overall I totally recommend this place for all your pets! UPDATE 5/29/2021 I felt the need to update my review. Dr. Y…read morepotentially saved my dogs life. During my dogs yearly bloodwork, some of his levels came back outside of the recommended ranges. Dr. Y suggested doing an ultrasound on his spleen to make sure nothing more serious was occurring. Well, he found a mass on his spleen that was potentially bleeding. I was able to get my dog in for emergency surgery the next day and was able to have his spleen removed BEFORE it ruptured. Dr. Y's thoroughness saved my dog from a potential horrendous emergency situation. I've said below, but he truly cares about the animals. The staff at Padonia is extremely incredible and they always give so much love to my boy. ******************* I moved into the area about 6 months ago and was lucky to find Dr. Youssef at Padonia Veterinary Hospital. He's helped me NUMEROUS times. I rescued a kitten who was misdiagnosed at Banfield Hospital and almost passed away (his weight went from 2.2lbs down to 1.2lbs). Dr. Youssef put him on medication and provided guidance that helped me save this little dude. He's now a healthy, happy, 5mo kitten. If it wasn't for Dr. Youssef, I'm sure he wouldn't have made it. In addition, my 150lb dog has been to Padonia multiple times from limping, to thyroid medication refills, to an ulcer on his eye. Padonia is always there for me. They've fit me in last minute on multiple occasions, they've been available to answer my thousand questions, and they've stuck around late to make sure I had medication. I can't speak highly enough about Padonia. I left an incredible vet and was worried I'd never find the same thing again. I was wrong. Padonia has been beyond incredible. The assistants that work here are incredible, they'll love your animals as much as you do and they'll remember you by name. Their prices are some of the fairest that I've seen. Padonia is also the type of vet that will not ask you to do unnecessary procedures or give your animals unnecessary vaccines/medicine. I'd also like to mention that Padonia has some of the fairest prices that I've seen. I highly recommend Padonia Veterinary Hospital to those of us that love our animals more than we can even explain.

The staff was so friendly and comforting, which made a stressful situation feel a little easier.The doctor and nurse took their time explaining everything and letting us know what to expect. The space was clean, calm, and welcoming. They even offered us water or soft drinks while we waited, which honestly meant a lot in the moment. Dr. Gore was thorough with both of them, and I really appreciated that she took the time to test Bear's toe to determine exactly what was causing the infection and discuss Lola's BOAS concerns and options moving forward. The staff was also extremely helpful when I reached out with follow-up questions after our visit. I left feeling confident that my dogs are in good hands. I'm so glad we found them and will definitely be bringing all three of our Frenchies here! I really appreciated how much they're able to do right there in the office. They were able to take a sample from Bear's toe, look at it under the microscope, determine exactly what was causing his infection, and have his medication available there as well. I also really appreciate Dr. Gore's experience and knowledge with bulldogs. Having three Frenchies, it gives me peace of mind knowing their vet understands the breed and can help me make the best decisions for my dogs and our family.

When he is available, he checks in on our dog to see how he is doing. The treatment itself is administered, most of the time, by the technician who runs the desk. She does it all (at least on Saturdays). She checks people out, schedules appointments, gives laser treatments and clips nails. Every once in a while this can cause delays, like that one week where the lady was giving her pet's life story and running through her entire month schedule while trying to set up a follow up appointment. The line got three deep that time. That was an exception. The majority of the time we are in and out with our scheduled appointment. Overall, prices are reasonable and Dr. Bishop and his staff are personable and total animal people. That's exactly what I want from a veterinarian.

I'm scratching my head over this and cannot reconcile the - well, the unethical behavior -- The vet was kind and very professional - But this monetary component has left me with a very sour outlook. (I haven't even mentioned that I was told he would arrive at 6:30 --- was then phoned at 6 to confirm that he was on his way -- only to wait another 90 minutes (the location is 25 minutes from my home)). Save for this shady handling of fees, I would readily have considered using this vet in the future as it is closer to my home --- but not now. If I hadn't been so desperate to help my cat, I would have chosen another route.

Dr. Moulder was assigned our case, and he was thorough and informative. the vet assistant was also incredibly informative. i felt like i was part of the process of diagnosis and treatment. the treatment plan recommended was complete without going overboard. and my dog is already quickly improving. my friend and i did a quick comparison of pricing between Belvedere and her clinic, and we've found them comparable. and they have Saturday appointments!

We have always felt MOMO is in good hands here-the doctors have every resource available and seem to be informed of current research. Fortunately, the billing department will consult with you prior to major things (like an overnight stay) so you have an idea of what you're getting into. I could probably find a vet for a little less money but we are very happy and we know to expect the best possible care for our pet and support for us as pawrents.

If you need more than a vet tech appointment and they are booked, they work with you to at least get you in quickly and have the vet Stop by. Obviously there are limits, but it's wonderful to have a group of professionals who clearly are focused on your dogs health and less concerned about a rigid schedule system. Medication refills are easy and fast. We have had great experiences with them for both routine care and actual illness/surgeries. Parking is easy and plentiful.

See below for details. All records/documents were provided (at the businesses request) in advance of the appointment, the front desk confirmed receipt of the same. We were told that they must review documents before our appointment time, no matter what. At the appointment, tech claimed they didn't receive any documents. I showed proof that this was untrue and had to explain my pets history to the tech. Later, when the veterinarian came into our room, she had not reviewed the history/documents provided nor been updated on anything by the tech. I was then advised to get my kitten a specific treatment and vaccine but I had to remind them she already had it done, which was in the records and history I already gave multiple times by now. If they had treated her without my reminder, my kitten could have become severely sick. Additionally, the staff did not seem concerned with how they physically handled my docile and sweet kitten. At the end of the appointment, there was no advice given for our situation but we were charged $100 to be seen. It was acknowledged that if they had reviewed the documents before the appointment, as they specified they would do, then the appointment was unnecessary. I recognize that there are specific protocols in place to keep staff safe but those protocols were extremely unnecessary in our situation. I wish they were more careful as my kitten was already injured and definitely not a threat in any capacity. Overall, I wish this place had treated us with more empathy and respect. It didn't seem like they cared about my kittens wellbeing and only cared about making some money.

Dr. Middlestead was very thorough with her exam and her explanation of what was going on with Amber. Unfortunately, we need to have an MRI done to narrow down the problem. We were able to get information on what would happen after an MRI, if the problem required surgery and in the meantime we were given prescriptions for Amber to keep her comfortable until we could decide on getting the MRI ($3 - 5K). We had also seen Dr. Mannix in neurology a few weeks prior, who suggested we get an orthopedic consultation before getting an MRI. I would highly recommend this practice. The waiting room was quite full too, which makes me believe a lot of people like them.
