They do an excellent job with the grooming services - all packages are affordable but if you're looking to save money, they also offer a self wash station. I have a male Rottweiler and made an appointment to get groomed. They did an amazing job trimmed his nails for an unbelievably low price. I gave them a nice tip because I thought they were very professional and they did a excellent job. I highly recommend them. It's important though where to find a good deal when owning a pet because it's all becoming big money, but these guys are great give them a try. read more

The grooming at the Bel Air road store is exceptional. The groomers are great with the animal, do a flawless job and really make it easy to get this service booked and done. I was pleased to see the prompt response to my review and called immediately yesterday morning as requested. The associate who answered put me on hold to get the manager. When the associate came back, she informed me that the manager was unfortunately on a conference call at the moment but took my number down to call me back. I was prepared to revise my review to be more favorable. That was yesterday and I haven't received a call. Seems like the reply from the store was more for show than out of sincerity. Not your average overpriced pet store. I went in because I wanted to check out any after Christmas sales and clearance items. Their regular merchandise was very reasonably priced, it was actually surprising. After visiting a Petco the day before and experiencing sticker shock, I thought this smaller pet store would be expensive. I bought an XS Kong for $6.99 that was about $9 on Amazon and some name brand cat treats for $1.40. Great sale prices on a lot of food and treats. This location also has a DIY dog bath which is helpful since the local Pet Valu closed down. read more

This is a great pet store that has a great variety of pet needs. It is well worth joining the pet rewards program to get great coupons on things. The coupons are usually based around the things and brands you buy. When the have sales, it is buy one and get one 50% off. Sales like that. Clearance is also great and good stuff cheap. Quality brands that are actually cheaper than Pet Smart and Petco. Some prices are similar, but the sales beat the other stores. Plus they have the pet wash in the back where you can pay to wash your own dogs. They also sell fish, snakes, lizards, ect. just like the other stores. I've been visiting this store since they opened in the neighborhood and have always had a positive experience! I love the dog wash and you can't beat the dirty dog card deal. I love this store! The staff is always super friendly and helpful and the store is laid out very conveniently. I have brought one of my two dogs to be bathed and have his nails cut by the groomers several times and have had very good experiences. For my other dog, I have used the self-wash stations. It is so fantastic that a variety of shampoos and conditioners are provided for your use. I was so thankful to find an affordable dog wash and supplier in the dame place. The staff was very helpful and the cost can't be beat. Shampoo and towels are provided in the cost. Regrettably, 4 stars because the dryers aren't very effective and I needed to finish drying at home so my did wouldn't get hot spots behind his ears. I will definitely be back! read more

If i could rating a negative i would. My experience getting my yorkie groomed at this pet store was horrible. First off i called and left a message and nobody called me back. My husband had to go at make a appointment in person. Got a appointment for the same week cool. Gets to the appointment and the groomer was standing in the hallway talking as if she didn't see costumes standing waiting. Then she tells us we had to show proof that my dog had his rabies shots up to date. Had to speak to a manager just to keep my appointment while we had to travel all the way home to retrieve our paperwork. Bring my dog back groomer take my dog tells us the appointment will take 2 hour's. I have a 4 pound yorkie but ok. Comes back maybe a 1 hour and a half later. To see a botched amateur hair cut on my dog. I had to give him back to her and request that she cleans his private area. My dog looks nothing like the cut i asked for. It looks like a child did the hair cut and I'm being nice. Every time i look at my dog i get up set about it. Is the reason I'm writing this review. I spoke with a manager and received a full refund but that's still not enough for me. I want to warn everyone before u go here thinking your going to get a professional hair cut. The "groomer" is far from a professional. And for the rest of the store is fabulous everything you would need for your pet with competitive prices. My first and last experience going in that place. Went there about a week and set an appointment to have my puppy groomed for the first time. Returned for his appointment on November 5, 2020 @ 12pm. Upon arrival, the groomer was not present, store clerk advised me to leave my puppy and the groomer was on their way after standing and waiting for about 15-20 mins. Leave the store and about 15-20 mins later the store clerk is calling telling me the groomer was not coming and my puppy was to young to be groomed. Needless to say I was pissed because while in the store making the appointment a week earlier, no one inquired about the age before making the appointment. My puppy was present during the appointment and yes he is very small and cute (maltese, 2.5 months old). Will not be returning back, their customer service is poor, and they lack communication skills in obtaining information before appointment is booked. And the groomer not showing up to work is a BIG NO for me. My pup will be going to Petsmart or Petco read more
