I walked in and expected a table or some sort of advertisement but there was nothing which was unusual, I asked someone working there and they directed us to the fridge and said to grab a pint and wait at the register so that is exactly what we did. I guess it was a "if you know, you know" kind of event lol!! We came up to the counter and the cashier voided the ice cream, we just had to cover tax! Her manager was speaking for 30 minutes to the groomer. At the end, I just ended up leaving with no pup cup. I traveled for this event with my family and 2 dogs so I was extremely disappointed.

I've always been super impressed with their helpful customer service, super niche inventory, and how organized everything is in the store. It's certainly not like the chain'y mega stores but it is quaint and clean. They have a good number of things: pet food, pet toys and everything in between it all. Most of the stuff is geared toward cats and dogs, but they surely have the supplies for folks bringing up a ::insert animal:: into their home. Another bonus? It actually smells good in here. (#1) As is the deal with most stores with premium goods, their stuff can get expensive. While most everything can probably found online for cheaper, it's the best option for being able to get something in person without the wait for shipping. For those not able to make to the store, they also deliver for a fee. This charming little spot seems to be a locally owned small business, and the owners come across as friendly and kind. But let me get to the most important part: there's a cat. Upon entering, I was greeted by an adorable and friendly kitty who immediately started brushing against me, clearly receptive to pets. This cutie alone is worth a visit. Anywayssss, did I mention there's a cat? Because there is, and it's the highlight of the place. Aside from the feline friend, The Regal Beagle is fully stocked with a variety of items. There's a cat. They seemed to have lots of stuff, making it a great spot for a quick browse or a more in-depth shopping spree. There's a cat. I took my dog here to simply get his nails cut, and he came out with bruises. The guy initially…read moredenied it happened there, then he said my dog must have bumped his head(and face and neck) while he was restrained on the table. He said it was common when dogs move around too much. I guess it's weird that my dog doesn't like getting his nails cut, such an uncommon behavior. It's unacceptable, no apology or nothing. I messaged a friend who has his own grooming business, and his said that the bruises should never have happened, and it's not common for dogs to get them while getting their nails cut. My dog was in there for maybe 5 min, and came out looking beat up and scared. I'm going to post some photos I took a few minutes after we left the groomers, and a couple I took after I gave him a bath.

Prices are reasonable and they are always open to taking my pet in for a last minute appointment. One thing to know is that if you don't have an appointment it will take a while for your dog to be taken care of. For that reason, I drop off my dog on a day when I have errands to run so when I'm done she's ready to be picked up.
