    We have had monthly preventive service with Terminix for about 2 years for a commercial property…read more About 2 months ago the tech stopped coming to service our building but the monthly bills still keep coming. I have called several times and they schedule for a time for a new tech with a service manager (Aaron Tamlin) to come out but they have been a no show twice. I have called to cancel service - long hold times with a call center in Las Vegas. Have escalated to speak to a manager and they say the local branch manager Royal DeGroff is going to call but no one does.

We paid for an exclusion service to cover 2 years till March 31st 2024 ( have the contract and the emails call 910-977-9919 to view ), when we needed the service done on our home on March 8th 2024, they said they CANNOT help us because we had not renewed our service. BUT THE OLDER PAID EXCLUSION SERVICE CONTRACT ENDS IN March 31 2024. Talked to Jeff the manager ( service area code 32824) and 2 corporate individuals and actually he Jeff hang up on me. Talking about he( Jeff) can't be recorded saying that they can't offer the service to me that covered under the old 2year contract ending in March 31 2024. Just to let you know, when you call terminix( +1 (855) 673-5069) , they say that our calls are recorded, lol . It goes for them but not for the customers. They can record us but we can't record them. I basically paid for a 24 months contract for services upfront but they honored only 23 months. That's terminix guys. Be careful with Terminix guys, call me 910 977-9919 to see the contract and the emails for my exclusion service. They wanted us to renew the contract that ends in March 31st 2024, and when we said no, on March 6 2024, they just went ahead and decided not to offer us services ( that are covered till March 31st ) . USE another company, do not mess with them. Like we did . Employees are arrogant, they(terminix) are too big , the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.     Run, don't walk! In July 2024, Heron acknowledged that a…read morechange in their spray allowed sod webworms and chinch bug activity to begin destroying the lawn. By Oct & Nov 2024, 1/2 of the front lawn and multiple sections on the side and backyard have been affected. Continued emails, phone calls and texts are sent to Heron to have this issue fixed per their Sod Replacement Guarantee (Item 4). In May 2025, tech comes out to measure damaged area, which has consumed 2,310 square feet of the front yard - does not measure side and backyard. Due to no update, email is sent in July 2025 requesting the Arbitration Steps that are referred to in Item 9 of the contract. No information is provided, just another promise to replace the sod. Same story for Aug 2025, Sep 2025 and here we are in Oct 2025. No arbitration information, no sod, not a single care in the world. Terrible way to run a business.

I…read moreasked for a manager to call me back to discuss the problem and how they were going to fix it. my policy was supposed to be that they replace my sod for damage. i called multiple times, no one returned my calls for 3 weeks. Only when I called to cancel their service, the manger finally called me back. He was rude, talked down to me and had a bad attitude towards me. I think they got bought out about 3-4 years ago and I really feel like the customer service went downhill from there. I would not recommend this company, they do not care about quality or customer service.
