They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. They come out quarterly to treat the property for insects and help prevent infestations, and their service has always been outstanding. Recently, I discovered that my roofing company had done a terrible job on a previous repair, leaving a massive opening that allowed rats to enter my home. Multiple companies came out to investigate, and not a single one could figure out exactly where the rodents were getting in. Then Nick and his associate showed up. Within TEN MINUTES of getting on my roof, they found the problem that everyone else had missed. But here's what really sets this company apart. As you can see in the attached picture, the roofing company eventually returned to correct its mistake. Nick actually went out of his way to come back and show the roofers exactly what they were doing wrong. Even their proposed repair would have left openings large enough for rodents to continue entering my home! Think about that for a second. Nick wasn't there to repair my roof. That wasn't his responsibility, and he certainly didn't have to get involved. But he cared enough to make sure the problem was actually fixed instead of allowing another company to do another half-baked job. THAT is what exceptional customer service looks like. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers rather than simply collecting a payment and moving on. After the first visit, termite activity completely disappeared for over a year. As you may know, without tenting your home, you can't ever fully get rid of termites, especially living in the Colonialtown neighborhoods. The large majority of older homes deal with it in some capacity. Our last two visits have just been quick spot treatments because of the protection and treatment we got the first time. We only ever have 1 or 2 small sites of activity a year (no more swarmst though), which is a huge improvement from the last company we used. I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and have reached out regarding a treatment for the attic to neutralize the rat feces.
