Today, the owner came to my door and told us not to speak to his workers about moving the truck, but to call the number on the truck or the police instead. He insisted they were legally parked and characterized it as a minor inconvenience. However, the sheriff's department told us that blocking a driveway with the truck or the lowered gate is not legal. The owner also questioned why we need to leave every time they are there, which is none of his business. We have places to go, and we should not have to repeatedly deal with a blocked driveway just to come and go from our own home. When we called his behavior gaslighting, he responded by insulting us and saying we were too old to use that word. He also said he would tell his workers to park there, which came across as a threat rather than an attempt to resolve the problem. The entire interaction was unnecessary and unprofessional. Rather than take responsibility for an ongoing issue and work toward a solution, the owner was dismissive, argumentative, and disrespectful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. Edited to respond I most certainly did not yell at anyone, anytime they've been out, including today. I simply asked them to move. Lawn equipment is going & I'm across the street so naturally I have to raise my voice to be heard. To clarify, I have left on previous occasions when I've asked the crew to move so I could access my driveway. The owner has not been present during those incidents. He became involved today, when he came to my door to confront me about asking his crew to move. The trailer or gate has repeatedly been left down and blocking my driveway. It was blocking the driveway when the owner came to my door today. Today was the only time I did not leave, because I went inside to contact the sheriff's department regarding his behavior. My concern has always been the repeated obstruction of my driveway and the way my concerns have been handled. I stand by my review.

He was consistently bad at communicating messages went unanswered, plans weren't confirmed, and we never knew when or if he was actually coming. Then things escalated when he showed up unannounced one day and cut our grass without any communication at all. We had no idea he was coming, and it wasn't something we requested for that day. After doing the work unexpectedly, he then tried to charge us out of the blue as if this had been scheduled, even though he never told us he was coming. When we asked why there was no communication and why he was billing us for a service we didn't know was happening, he tried to blame us, saying we misunderstood or didn't follow up when in reality, he never sent a single message confirming anything. This was especially frustrating because the lack of communication was entirely on his end. On top of that, he canceled an appointment and later tried to up-charge us from the original quote, even though nothing about the job had changed. It felt unprofessional and unreliable, especially for someone we were trying to trust with ongoing work. Overall, if you want clear communication and reliability, I would look elsewhere
