I highly recommend RG&S Home Inspection. My wife and I were building a new home and we wanted a…read moreseasoned professional to be our eyes and ears during the process to reassure us that our home would be built as close to perfect as possible. RG&S delivered and exceeded our expectations at an exceptional value. Their commitment and dedication to quality, communication, and customer service were outstanding. Kyle was our inspector and he has many years of home-building experience. His three phased inspection reports, delivered to us by email and in PDF format, were structured and formatted professionally and contained detailed descriptions, locations, and photographs. Kyle found many defects that went unnoticed by our builder, a testament to his skill and craft. He even went back to the home build site at no additional charge in order to complete his inspection report for the framing stage when it became apparent the builder wasn't quite finished with certain items, a testament to his excellent customer service. If we ever build or purchase a home in the Orlando area again we'll definitely go back to RG&S to be our home inspector. We will be recommending them to our family, friends and colleagues.

As a Realtor, Gordy has completed two home inspections for my clients and they can't say enough…read morenice things about him and I would agree. Seeing my clients happy is the #1 priority for me. First of all, he is thorough, he takes his time, walks the home, inspects everything and takes pictures of everything. Then after his inspection, he walks my clients through everything that could be an issue or concern. Then explains the next steps for them and what other inspections they may or may not want. My clients received a full detailed (and its detailed) report within 24 hours or less. Which is an amazing turn around time and Gordy should be highly commended for that short of a turn around time. He is on time, he is kind and considerate of other people, and makes sure that all my client's questions are answered. If I had to describe Gordy in three words, it would be Knowledgable, Professional and Genuine. I would and will continue to recommend Gordy to other Realtors and my clients and he will stay at the top our recommended list at Keith Furrow & Associates Realty Orlando.
