THREE leaks after they replaced our roof 5 years ago. Less than a year after, we had a roof leak…read more(staining on ceiling). We called, they came out and said it was fixed. A few months later, it leaked again! This time, water was dripping through the ceiling (same place) and down the walls, bubbling up the paint. I called and said they needed to fix the damage to our ceiling in addition to the roof. The refused, "fixing" only the roof and saying the ceiling was fine and I shouldn't get worked up about things I read on the internet (so condescending!). We now have ANOTHER LEAK. We got estimates from other roofers who said they didn't do things properly. In addition to leaving bad flashing with minimal caulking, all our shingles are in a wave pattern instead of a straight one, showing poor workmanship. Terrible value when you have to pay $3000 to get fixed what they never did. Their estimate came in the middle. AVOID THEM unless you want roof leaks!

In fact they were out to determine the scope of work in about 30 minutes from my very first phone call, well before other companies even responded. Jeff and Andy were extremely professional, thorough and accessible. They answered all my questions, which I had a lot of! Dealing with contractors sometimes they pick and choose what they want to include in the scope of work, but Orange County Roofing made a list of all my requests and made sure I was happy with each and every one of them. I was amazed at the speed of completion. Jeff assured me they would send out a full team and have it done in a matter of days. In fact the roof have been entirely completed in 2 days had there not been a bit of rain in between, but hey, that's Orlando. Owner said he'd come out and take a look to see if it could be repaired or replaced.. He sent out a repair guy who said there was "absolutely no reason" to go with the company (who showed up at the same time) and gave a quote on a complete new roof.. he could fix the issue. Since we were in the middle of a remodel, time and money were issues and we decided to go with them and the repair even though a new roof wasn't going to cost that much more. Well, the fix didn't fix the problem and they've been out now a total of 3 times.. Andy the owner came out after call #2 and said that he wouldn't reshingle the roof, but instead put up a much more expensive modified roof on my home because of the pitch.. He was the only roofer to say this, and this is where my feelings towards the company turned sour.. Because if he would have come out to view the house, like he said he would, PRIOR to the repair, during inspection and said this, i could have saved the almost 2k i paid for the repair and instead only paid another 1.5k for a new roof!! He then, after the second leak, said he'd be out personally to completely the 3rd repair on it.. He didn't come out, the same guy who was fixing it originally did.. Nothing against the guy who completed the repairs, but its 2 stars, because had i have been told up front they wouldn't reshingle the roof, or not have been told this would absolutely fix the problem, i would have just went ahead with a new roof from a competing company.. I'm not sure if the repairs have actually taken this time.. but, after a complete remodel of the interior i'm left with a patchy looking roof and a worry every time it rains. They also destroyed the bushes on the side of my house. I went back and forth for months, with the HOA and Collis. First they send out a guy who is supposed to pressure wash my porch but he didn't have the equipment, then they sent out a guy with a bucket and broom! Collis told my HOA they don't cover pressure washing in their warranty! This isn't a warranty issue! They left my house a mess! I had to pay out of pocket again after receiving a letter from the HOA threatening legal action. The bushes that they destroyed in January 2025 are still missing as well! They responded to my Google review with more lies, so I've addressed those lies on their as well.
