These are about the company, in general. Only a few are about the girl who bent my sign. They are very aggressive. I closed my garage door on the guy. Had a male teenager come up through my gated driveway trying to sell the same thing. She (the sign bender) told my husband she could beat our son's price and he does it for free. We got a visit at 8:45pm. Thought it was a bit late to be making the rounds. She (sign bender) rang ours yesterday. Also have no soliciting signs. Had a teenager stop by. Rang the doorbell and then opened the screen door to knock. While bending signs may not be part of the training these kids are aggressive. Someone is telling them to get a sale no matter the tactics. I was not sure exactly what service I was needing or what is the usual services offered for my pest concerns. Not only did she allow me to express my pest concerns, she then explained exactly what service they would suggest and what it includes. That's not the best part.... She then provided price quotes based on our house size and a couple of options to add on. Scheduling was easy and we were able to get them out for the service within a couple days. Our technician was Bridget! I had a couple of questions regarding safety with the preventative spray and our family. She was patient and informative. The service itself was incredibly quick and easy.
