I…read moreinitially contracted their services in July 2023 for a rodent problem, but the issue remained unresolved. I requested a follow-up visit in January 2024 due to continued signs of activity; however, the technician concluded that their previous work was intact and that I should not be experiencing further issues. Additional charge six months after what should have been a complete sealing of my property. Despite their assessment, the problem persisted. I have attempted to contact the company several times since then to seek further assistance but my calls have gone unreturned. The ongoing nature of this infestation, compounded by the recent discovery of another dead rodent and a hole in a flour bag, suggests that the initial exclusion and sealing services were not performed effectively. As a customer who paid for both the initial service and a follow-up visit, I am disappointed by the lack of resolution and the company's failure to respond to my inquiries. I will be seeking a different provider that stands behind their work and maintains professional communication.

I thought I was doing a good job laying down traps/poison and catching a few, but Layne found openings in the fireplace, basement pipe area and behind the refrigerator where the entry/exit may be occuring so I can block those areas. She is doing a follow up on the exterior and then is coming back with her suggested traps and poison.
