Went to inspect turned on the light and to my shock there was a very large rat on my stove. I was beyond scared, grossed out and unsure of what to do. After calling over 30ish 24 hour emergency numbers I found this angel of a company. Craig the owner hurt the tears and frustration in my voice and came out to help me. He even spent time talking to me to keep me calm. I hope I never need the service again but if I do I will always call him. 10/10 recommend

But when a swarm of flying ants invaded our bedroom one night last summer, I called as many exterminators as I could. Craig was the first to offer help over the phone and schedule me for the following day. He treated the outside and inside of our home and explained the entire process while working. He is courteous, thorough, and professional. In this time of COVID, he wore a mask, booties, and stayed socially distant throughout. We didn't see ants again in the house the rest of 2020. This year, we called him at the first sight of ants. Then when a family member needed help with rodents, we called again. Brandi picked up regarding the rodent treatment and thoroughly explained the process and pricing over the phone. Once again, Craig was timely, friendly, and continued to deliver excellent service. Knowing what kind of peace of mind Craig & Brandi provide, money is no issue. That value is unparalleled, and I would recommend Royal Pest Elimination to anyone looking for ant/rodent services.

Nick came out a couple of days later and performed the service. Everyone at Tactical Wildlife has been professional and courteous. It is hard to find a company in the service industry with these values. I highly recommend them.

He would wait until the wee hours and feast in the pantry... leaving droppings and crumbs inside the cabinet (inconsiderate)! I called my condo building's vendor for pest control--they said they were not available until the next week AND would only lay bait traps in my house, not try to find the source of the problem. I asked one of my friends for a pest control referral and they too weren't able to come out for a week. After searching online, I decided to call Diamond. They were able to come the very next morning (a Sunday) and I asked that they come as early as possible. Brian arrived on time at 8:30am and took the time to investigate the problem by moving my appliances to find the source of the problem. The culprit: a hole around our oven's gas line providing access to our kitchen and ultimately, to the pantry. Brian sealed it immediately (as well as patched some other potential problem areas) and the price was extremely reasonable. Its been months and we haven't had a problem since. We appreciated Brian's work so much, he will now become our entire building's pest control vendor (we fired those other guys).

Nearly two years ago, my husband and I moved to a house in Geneva, and our finished basement was overrun with spiders. I was hesitant to call Joe because he is based in Carol Stream, making Geneva a bit of a hike, but after killing 14 spiders in our basement bathroom one day, and finding 10 there the next day, I could not cope anymore. Joe was happy to come out and give our house a thorough spray against pests. He does an extremely thorough job, even going into our crawl space to treat it as well. We now have the house treated against bugs quarterly, and I have not seen a spider in the basement since (true story). I would highly recommend Splat Pest Control if you too have a bug issue.
