We had some roaches outside the condo and so were in the market for an exterminator. I called around and Pest Control Solutions was the best value for the service. They picked up our call fast and were not pushy about their services. Other places I called tried very hard to push their monthly plans, but Pest Control Solutions did not do that. They also quoted me prices all up front without me having to give out personal information - which I did have to do with other companies I called. The exterminator came the next day after calling, and he was very professional. He gave us a reminder call when he was on his way. He came in and explained the whole process to us and was very patient with our questions. He wore plastic covers over his shoes as well to keep our floors clean. Prices were very fair as well. We had a bed bug issue, something that's NEVER happened to us before in our over 10 years here in Las Vegas. We felt that the infestation was coming from our headboard, so got rid of it. We needed someone to come inspect the house to make sure the infestation had not spread further into the house. Twin, the branch manager, came out right away, did a thorough inspection of the house and found no signs of further infestation. I've been using Pest Control Solutions for regular interior/exterior spray for about 4 years now. They gave me super fair pricing for every other month service. Gerald has been the main one doing our service even as we moved a couple times. Even through the pandemic, they have only raised the price on me once. And that was because we moved and the house was over twice the square footage. I have a toddler and puppy in the house and haven't had any issues with the indoor chemicals. Some scorpions decided to camp under my gym mat in my garage. They didn't like it when I found them. Let's just say they're no longer with us. When we found the traps there wasn't enough time to cancel so we had to pay for another month and again got glue traps set. Eliminating glue traps would be great, but definitely asking the residents should happen. That would have made a big difference to me. I was at my son's watching my grandboys. My grandson went to take a nap then hear him crying. I go in there were ants on wall and on his bed. It was heartbreaking . Had little bits on him.
