He arrived with a great attitude, a plan born of plenty of experience, and delivered on the results. I had 3 requirements for hiring a pest control solution for the rats. 1. Eliminate the rats, 2. Super impressed with this place. Found a nasty bed bug infestation in a tenants room that he had been cultivating for months... Fast, efficient, courteous, friendly and professional! We called them and Che scheduled an appt for an estimate with Twin K. He was like the pigeon-whisperer! He knew all about pigeons, what they like and gave us good tips. He was very honest, informative and took photos of the problem areas of our roof. He gave us a good bid so we scheduled the clean up and metal spike installation. Jason and Jonathan texted us when they were about to arrive and also texted photos of the job when they were finished (see photo attached). My fiancé and I just moved into our brand new home. Such an exciting feeling. However, it's not so excited when you start seeing insects in your home. We started seeing beetle bugs, spiders, and found a scorpion in our garage. We freaked out. The next day we called to see if an exterminator can come and do a pest control. Steve was so kind, caring, and helpful. He was able to have someone come and do an extermination right away. I was working when he came in however, my fiancé said the exterminator was very professional and answered questions we needed answers for. Update: 9/13/17 I saw a scorpion running around my living room and I freaked out. The next morning I called Steve. Right alway he had someone come in to re-spray. Just wanted to give Sal 10 stars. Pest Control Solutions is fantastic! Stop reading Yelp reviews and call or message them now. Something was biting my 4-year-old son at night and I had horrifyingly convinced myself it was bedbugs. After finding Pest Control Solutions here on Yelp and seeing how close they were to my house, I quickly converted my panic attack into written message form and got a call from them almost immediately. Not only were they not annoyed by my level 10 full-blown freakout, they were very reassuring and scheduled an inspection first thing the next morning. Twin came and spent over an hour talking to me and checking every square inch of our sleeping spaces and living areas. He even looked under the carpet and in outlet covers and many other surprising places I wouldn't think to check. He listened to all of my fears (they should charge for counseling services!) and shared his knowledge and experience, making me feel like I was in great hands. And I was! Twin ruled out bedbugs, ants, spiders, or any other crawling bug. He checked my back yard and helped me come up with some things to try to rule out possible flying insects that might be getting in through my slider. Then he let me hug him because I was sooooo relieved and said I can text him if I have more questions or still have trouble with my son getting bit after a week or two. Steven (Owner) and Chase (Admin) are beyond rude and totally unprofessional with their level of service. I was provided mixed information in terms of pricing and took off work to ensure the service I paid and asked for was provided to treat pests in my home. When speaking to Chase she stated "I don't want to talk to you and hung up in my face." After her disrespect I spoke with the unprofessional owner Steven and he tried to justify her actions saying "She's human just like you and we don't work for you." In return I told him I will be proceeding with higher action per phone call. The only person who was not rude and unprofessional was Cyrus (the pest control inspector). If anyone wants better pest maintenance I strongly suggest you don't come here. They just want your money and don't care about your business. If I were you I would stay away from this place.
