He arrived with a great attitude, a plan born of plenty of experience, and delivered on the results. I had 3 requirements for hiring a pest control solution for the rats. 1. Eliminate the rats, 2. Super impressed with this place. Found a nasty bed bug infestation in a tenants room that he had been cultivating for months... I freaked out and messaged several businesses around 4am, fully expecting to not hear anything until business hours... Steve replied around 5:30am! Very cool. He knew all about pigeons, what they like and gave us good tips. He was very honest, informative and took photos of the problem areas of our roof. My fiancé and I just moved into our brand new home. Such an exciting feeling. However, it's not so excited when you start seeing insects in your home. We started seeing beetle bugs, spiders, and found a scorpion in our garage. We freaked out. The next day we called to see if an exterminator can come and do a pest control. Steve was so kind, caring, and helpful. He was able to have someone come and do an extermination right away. I was working when he came in however, my fiancé said the exterminator was very professional and answered questions we needed answers for. Pest Control Solutions is fantastic! Stop reading Yelp reviews and call or message them now. Something was biting my 4-year-old son at night and I had horrifyingly convinced myself it was bedbugs. After finding Pest Control Solutions here on Yelp and seeing how close they were to my house, I quickly converted my panic attack into written message form and got a call from them almost immediately. Not only were they not annoyed by my level 10 full-blown freakout, they were very reassuring and scheduled an inspection first thing the next morning. Twin came and spent over an hour talking to me and checking every square inch of our sleeping spaces and living areas. He even looked under the carpet and in outlet covers and many other surprising places I wouldn't think to check. He listened to all of my fears (they should charge for counseling services!) and shared his knowledge and experience, making me feel like I was in great hands. And I was! Twin ruled out bedbugs, ants, spiders, or any other crawling bug. He checked my back yard and helped me come up with some things to try to rule out possible flying insects that might be getting in through my slider. Then he let me hug him because I was sooooo relieved and said I can text him if I have more questions or still have trouble with my son getting bit after a week or two.
