I absolutely loved how I was treated from start to end. Cyrus was nice and very knowledgeable and on time as well! He had called me and arrived at the time he said he would arrive, he listened to my issue (had an ant issue in my pantry -located near the backyard) and they took care of it. This is the first time I had ever called any type of pest control company, normally I spray bug spray myself, but this time I knew it was probably serious since I have never had an ant infestation in my life. With that said, we locked in the price for internal/external services for once every two months. We rarely get roaches inside or other insects/bugs, but can't wait to see how much less we'll see! Plus, he was nice enough to place roach traps in the garage! We live near Inspirada so those who know our neighbor is just the desert, I've seen so many types of insects outside as well, so I'm happy we have services with them in the upcoming months. Definitely recommend! Sal is very nice and knowledgeable. He gave us useful information about pests and how long the products will take effect. It only took a day after he sprayed and all the ants were dead or gone. Found some dead crickets in the garage too. They were flexible with scheduling and their prices are competitive. It was such an easy process with them. Hands down the best pest control company in Vegas. I called and spoke to Steve. The next day they came out and fixed my fire ant issue. It took a couple days but I havent found another one since. I had a tech come out to see if I needed mouse control. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He provided me with some tips on what to look for and how I can see if I really had mice. My home was having a wasp problem so it being a Sunday, I had very little hope for a company that would come out to get rid of the pests. Called Steve and he told me that he would come out to my house around 5pm. Total shock because again, it's a Sunday. He and his partner came out early at around 4:30pm. I told him what was going on and he did a full walk around of my house and the property. He did his magic and a swarm of about 6-7 wasps flew out from their nesting area. They sprayed around the entire property and everytime I said "there's one" they got their spray out and took care of it. They warranty their work and even informed me of their bi-monthly service. Straight forward and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone I know who needs a pest control service and they will definitely be the first company I would call if any other pests issue arise. read more

I am really glad we ended up chosing this company to work on our bug problem. Steve is super responsive and cooperative. The technician who came to our place to do the spraying was also nice. He sprayed outside of the house, the garage and inside (two stories). In the first 5 days following the spraying, we did not see a single bug inside the house. We saw severa dead bodies (mostly crickets) outside, in the backyard. The 6th day, I saw a cricket, and on the 8th day a huge spider inside the house and I wrote to Steve on yelp right away. He responded back to me in a second, said this might be the situation in houses which have not been treated for a long time, and sent his technician again the very next morning (first thing in the morning). They did the outside and inside once again. It has been 12 days since the second spraying and inside the house, I saw only one cockroach, which was about to die. Thank god, no more alive bugs inside. I am thankful and I recommend this business to everybody. read more

I had a bad problem with flies in my backyard. I have a lot of plants and they were all over. Contacted Steve and we arranged for a service. His man Bobby arrived right on time and did a thorough service inside the house and in my yard. The fly situation has been great ever since the service and I have had no problems inside either.
