Whwre do I even begin... I was desperate on looking for an exterminator over New Year's day event hough I knew that businesses will be close I still took the leap of calling and haven't regret in doing so thus far. I had an issue with 1 of our property and right away Steve called me right after I sent a message via yelp. I was then schedule in a couple of hours to get an estimate and inspect the issue. Twin is the consummate professional. We had a pigeon issue in our attic and he was diagnosing the issue while doing an attic inspection (for free) and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Because we wanted our attic issue fixed immediately, we ended up going with another company that was able to schedule us sooner, but that wouldn't stop me from ever calling them again. We ended up calling again to have some pigeon spikes installed elsewhere as that wasn't as time sensitive and also having them spray for insects around the perimeter of our house. I'm only giving 4 stars right now because they have only been here one time. So I can't rate on a long term service yet. This rating is strictly based on my experience with initial contact and their first visit. Both met my expectations, which I will admit are usually pretty high. I demand service more than ever these days and there is too much competition to not provide great service. I didn't pick the cheapest, I picked the ones who seemed to have solid ratings. So the gentleman who came here was on time (I got a call to let me know he was on his way), extremely polite, well spoken, knowledgeable, and wore shoe coverings when he came inside the house. I requested a full service, inside and out the first time as this is my first warm season in this house. I don't know what to expect but don't want any surprises. I had seen a couple bugs inside and around the house, but after he sprayed I have seen nothing. He did a full cleaning of all of the spider webs around the perimeter of the house too which I did not expect. Overall, so far, I am impressed. If it keeps up like this, I would gladly change my rating to a 5. read more

I had to call them back after caging off the nesting areas didn't get rid of the pigeons. This time they put in spikes and no bird crap this morning so far and only one pigeon. We had assumed that caging would do the trick but it didn't only prevents them from nesting. Total cost was $470. They did a nice cleanup job too. I would use this company again. I had to knock their prices down though due to miscommunication we had some problems but Steve Vach will do his best to please you and make it right. The spikes come unglued and fell off the roof but they honored the warranty and fixed them. read more
