Their warranty on work done was another key factor. An electrician found a dead rat and droppings in the attic, so I needed clean up and rodent proofing. In the crawl space, a bunch of the ducts were unattached by wear and tear and plumbing work that had been done in the past (which I didn't know. No wonder my gas bill was so high over the winter!). Shannon and team cleaned everything up, sanitized, reattached the ducts and rodent proofed the whole house on the outside. Apparently the attic was vulnerable, as prior owners' foam had been chewed through in the eaves. After they were done they set traps which will be checked every few weeks. I will update if there are any further rodents but I am confident in the work by the company and team. I highly recommend this family owned company.

The guy who came out was on time, a bit eccentric and very passionate about rats. He was detail oriented and did a great job explaining the job and its breakdown. Unfortunately on the day of the job, we had 4 guys come to our home on time- but none of them spoke English. Now, I appreciate them coming out, but we just could not communicate and they did not have work trucks or shirts with their company name. An hour later, we had a younger guy show up and he spoke English. The crew worked really fast, did a nasty job of removing our rodent infested insulation and put in new insulation, they mixed concrete and patched up some holes as well and put out rat traps. They came back twice to check the traps and removed them. I think they did a good job, appreciate their punctuality. But management should always send someone who speaks some English and provide a company truck or at least shirts. I personally felt uncomfortable letting into my home a group of random men with no identification.

The communication was excellent, even on a holiday weekend I got called back within an hour of reaching out with questions, which I certainly did not expect! They arrived promptly for appointments and were thoughtful about avoiding tracking dirt into our home. They worked with us to customize their work to our coastal climate and were very transparent about exactly what materials they would be using (all top of the line, industral-grade!). I have pets and toddlers and they took my concerns about chemical disinfects seriously and offered several options to make sure I was comfortable with what was used in our home. There has been this persistent smell of rodent urine in one of our closets for literally decades, no matter what we have done. Not any more! I could not recommend Rywen Insulation more highly for rodent control work. We've had rodent control people here before, but never at the level that Rywen takes things to. They put in place genuine long-term preventative measures to keep rats and mice out, not just patching holes. And that has made all the difference. No more smell in our under-the-stairs closet! And, I'm not sure if it is always a part of their service, but they offered us a one-year warranty. Rats and mice did return --- probably due to a contractor leaving our crawlspace door open overnight with the lights on, several times (oops). But Rywen took care of the problem immediately, no questions asked and no additional money requested, for the entire year of the warranty. They aren't cheap. But they are soooo worth it.

Our home was rodent proofed, insulation replaced and cleaned under the house and all areas sealed for $1500. Attic Green's technician was very complimentary of our home which we appreciated. However, I believe his quote was indicative of thinking we had 9K to blow on a service we already had and was familiar with. I then contacted Uriel and we discussed the quote. We had a great conversation and understood they didn't do the initial work, although I had a quote of $1700 in 2020. I reached out to the initial contractor and was quoted $2000. He indicated no infestation, no insulation needed to be replaced and he took a picture of where the open spaces were where rodents were coming in which was on top of our garage, not the crawl space. To those reading this review make sure you request multiple estimates before going with this company. This was an opportunity to gouge a customer and I was extremely offended by their quote.

We had the pleasure of meeting Antione today for our usual interior and exterior treatment. After he finished spraying for insects and replacing the mosquito trap, he took a look under our sink and found the dead mouse stuck to a trap that was placed. Antione took care of it immediately as well as disinfected the area. He was very professional and addressed all our questions and concerns. If I could give Antione more than 5 stars I would.
