Because my house is very tall (over three stories in some spots), sits on a tricky slope, and has a Spanish tile roof, most other companies I called either flat-out turned down the job or didn't seem confident they could handle the height and the fragile tiles. Eduardo was the total opposite. He was confident, professional, and completely unfazed by the difficulty of the job. The thoroughness of his inspection was awesome. He provided an inspection report that was honestly as detailed as the professional reports you get when you're buying a home. He used a one-way door and a camera setup (see my photo!) so we could actually monitor the area and ensure the squirrels were out for good. Our home is over 100 years old and sits under a glorious oak tree that spans the whole length of our roof. He removed 2 skunks that were living under our outside shed. He also explained that he does not kill the catches but rather releases them in open space. Frankly, it didn't matter to me what he did with them as long as they were gone.
