a menu for a fast food restaurant

This food is delicious. My friends ordered chicken bowls, one with plantains the other as is. The both loved the bowls. We all decided to get something different from the menu and all of us were super happy with our choices. The cheeseburger with ketchup-mayo was smash burger style and drool worthy. The chicken fingers & fries were crisp & light. The sliced hotdogs basket was packed with grilled to perfection meat. If you see this food truck I highly recommend everything on the menu

Had the Saichiburger and it blew my mind. This burger is amazing. Full of flavors, big and juicy. Looking forward to trying all the other items on the menu. Great service fast and friendly. The burger was the perfect temperature by the time I got back to my office to enjoy it!

I got the tacos for this evening and that chicken bowl for tomorrow, both are delicious. The seafood taco nice and crunchy I love the sauce and onions and all. Thanks for coming out to our apartment complex.

Really great food truck. I ordered the seafood tacos with grouper and calamari. The calamari was so tender and delicious and so was the fish. It was not fishy whatsoever. The sauce was phenomenal. I just wish the batter was crunchy on the fish and calamari. It was a soft coating which I didn't like. My husband got a burger with plantains and fried egg. We expected the egg yolk to be runny but unfortunately it was cooked all the way through . My husband loves plantains but he couldn't eat them because they were burnt. Other than that, everything else was really good. The fried yucca was awesome, the sauce on the burger was amazing and so was the patty. Everything was wonderfully seasoned. You should definitely give this place a try.

Food was good prices could be better need to come with more help to big events!!! waited in line 1 hour and an 1 hour for our food. Besides that I would give 5 stars they also need to get some hot sauce besides buffalo sauce.

Love the truck! I'm Peruvian American and love going to the truck and recommend it. I always get either their Jalea Tacos and recently tried their Jalea bowl (minus tacos) and loved it. It was nice and filling. Perfectly cooked. The portions are great and match the price. Great customer service and speed of delivery of the food. Also try the Ceviche; it's perfect too.

The best tacos in the world!!! Don't forget to order the TACOS DE JALEA!!!

By far the best Spanish food truck. Salchiburger, delicious. Ceviche Mixto, delicious. Yuca Fries, delicious. Tacos De Jalea, the best. The winner. Their menu doesn't lie. (*AWARD WINNING DISH). It was perfectly cooked. Not over, not under. Soooo moist. The calamari was not tough against the taco. It was all in sync. Perfect fish calamari taco. ERRR MERRRR GERRRD!!!! I want more!!! This food truck deserves 10 stars!!!

Best Peruvian ceviche than the Peruvian restaurants in Orlando. I'm Peruvian America and I will usually get my ceviche fix by following this food truck. I recommend ordering Ceviche Mixto (calamari, shrimp, and fish). I have eaten from this truck many times and they never disappoint. I recommend the side order of yucca.

Ceviche Mixto- Calamari, shrimp and fish. So delicious, not overtly tart or sour like some other ceviches
    Christina C.

This food truck came outside at my work, it is amazing! I got the ceviche mixto and it was perfect. I've had other ceviches were the limes are just too sour but this was so good, I got it again the next day when I saw they were there again! I am excited to try the rest of their menu.

There's free parking across the street but it's a bit of a walk and we thought it was worth paying to save us from more walking in the heat. We do like supporting local shops/owners so for that, I think it's worth it. I also liked that it was clean, they had lots of tables with umbrellas and seating. Also there were a lot of enclosed trash cans which I appreciated so it didn't smell bad and there was always one close by to throw trash away. Drinks: 4 stars $10-15 lemonade, peach lemonade, watermelon lemonade Multiple trucks were selling lemonade which was great for how hot it was. I'm glad the cups were big because they are kind of pricey. Chicho's Fusion Cuisine: 4 stars $20, #2 Fried Egg Smash Burger My friend said it was good and he'd get it again Brazilian Grill: 4 stars $24 Picanha plate I didn't plan on getting Brazilian food when we went. But when we were walking around this guy gave samples and the steak tasted great. Even after looking at a few more aisles I couldn't stop thinking about the steak so went back and ordered it. Advice for surrounding trucks to give out samples! There were quite a few similar trucks but this was the only one of this cuisine that was busy. I think it could have used a salsa or some sort of sauce on the side and I wish the salad had tomato but aside from that it was still delicious and I'd order it again. Dubai chocolate strawberries: 5 stars $13, this was the best thing we got, worth the price and super yummy. If you don't like pistachio the chocolate and strawberries would also still be fire Brappin Crabs: 1 stars... We reallllllyyyyy wanted to like this place. We literally went looking through all the food trucks for this specific food item. First off, 2 eggrolls and fries were $30! It would be one thing if they were big but they weren't and they had no business being called chicken alfredo because it tasted NOTHING like chicken alfredo. It tasted like curry with Indian or Mediterranean seasoning on it. It wasn't bad but it wasn't what you would expect. Thinking about whether or not we want to give their boil a try or if we just need to move on.

If you haven't been here at this place is honestly great however, right now there's a little bit lack of parking due to the very large baby shower party inside; I'm not sure if you can park at the parking lot across the street because they do have towing signs, but it is a really nice location when you can find a place to sit.

We went to Ivanhoe Park Brewing specifically to try out this truck and we're so pleasantly surprised by the casual, charming and inclusive brewery. But the Simmer Down food was the highlight! The taco was really next level good. And the churro was sweet and delicious. Only reason I can't give them 5 stars is the fries were soggy and not my favorite. The burger was perfectly cooked, the toppings were on point, and the fries were decadent and jam packed with truffle flavor. 10/10 food without question. What made it even better? The personable, stellar service. In an area saturated by food trucks, Simmer Down is a stand out. We super over ordered each getting a burger and a gourmet fry but I wouldn't regret it just to try it now and know for the future. I enjoyed my taco fries immensely. I swapped the side of sour cream for ranch (I am still that Midwesterner at heart) and ended up not using it at all, the cheesy nacho sauce with the taco meat and tomatoes is a great combination to throw on some delicious freshly fried fries. I thoroughly enjoyed it but I do LOVE nacho cheese. My husband's fry of choice was the Japanese steakhouse fries. Melted cheese, mushrooms, peppers and thinly sliced steak served with a drizzle of the white/yum yum/shrimp sauce you see at hibachi places combined for a scrumptious combination. My husband could not put it down, he likely would've asked for a side of the sauce because he's a huge fan of it. The burgers were good but I didn't eat mine because I was too engrossed in my fries but my husband finished it for me. Everything was a little pricey but I know with food trucks that's a reality.
