The bracket is loose and seems improperly shaped - I don't know how it ever could have worked. A bit disappointing for a company that promises "100% right or 100% free."

I then hired two other plumbers to come out and snake it, and neither was successful. One of them even told me I needed to redo a good portion of my plumbing for over $5,000! I found Rock Solid Drains after that, and they told me that all they do is unclog drains and that they have the equipment necessary to clear difficult washer/utility sink drain clogs. John from their team came out and within about 15-30 minutes had run a snake through our washing machine drain line, cleared the blockage, and had our plumbing working exactly as it should again. These guys are great if you have a drain clog that you can't clear yourself or that a normal plumber doesn't have the right equipment to handle. They solved a problem that two other plumbers couldn't, and did it for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Rock Solid Drains. John was great to work with, and I'm very glad we called them before spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily!

Not only is he…read moreextremely knowledgeable and professional, but I also found him to be a person of exceptional honesty and integrity. I had been dealing with a persistent leak in my outdoor irrigation system, losing approximately 0.28 gallons of water per minute. Two separate landscape contractors attempted to diagnose and repair the issue, even replacing the sprinkler valve system, but unfortunately, the leak continued. I finally contacted Mike at Hometown Leak Detection to investigate. Drawing on his extensive plumbing and leak detection experience, Mike quickly identified a possible explanation: air pockets trapped between the seals of the sprinkler valve system. He explained that allowing for proper duration of the sprinkler valve flushing might resolve the issue. As it turns out, his recommendation appears to have solved the problem--the leak has completely stopped! Even more impressively, because his recommendation resolved the issue without requiring additional leak detection work, Mike did not charge me for his services. The world could certainly use more people like Mike--fair, honest, knowledgeable, and committed to doing the right thing. His professionalism and integrity truly set him apart. If you have a leak and are looking for someone you can trust and rely on, I highly recommend Mike at Hometown Leak Detection. He would be the first person I call.

When I later called them (not knowing it was the same company), Mike admitted he knew the pool and had told the previous owner he could not actually fix it -- only patch it temporarily. When I asked questions, he refused to answer. We later ended up in court and found out he knew the previous owner personally. We also discovered we were charged a different rate for the same service and the invoice notes didn't match what actually happened. Very dishonest experience. I would not trust this company.
