There were several small service details that added up. We had to ask for straws, we had to ask for plates, and we even had to ask for ice for the iced tea. We were never offered drink refills the entire time we were there. Everything is served on small appetizer plates, and when our pizza arrived (which was good -- fluffy dough with great flavor), we had to ask for new plates. The response was, "Do you want more plates?" which felt a bit strange. We also weren't given any pizza serving utensils, so we ended up using butter knives to cut it.
