After my friend paid for items a second employee came from the back (potentially the manager) he approached me & said he needed to charge me for a pack of gummies that was put in my store bag. He opened up my bag only seeing the one item I purchased continued searching the bag not finding anything. The employee standing next to him says " she must've put it back " the manager walks away from me not apologizing or anything he goes "where did she put it" I just know he felt dumb asf. The walls and the shelf's were white while the cloths were colorful. This store contains young and fresh looks for the youth of today. Ehen I visited the store, my sister was intrigued by the dresses. Everything in the store was organized: from the clothes, to the shoes, to the bags, and accessories. This place can be compared to Forever 21, but you can find nice clothes for plus sized teen girls, unlike in Forever 21. Although you can find different sizes in Bliss the price isn't much different from Forever 21. Customer service from Bliss was great. The moment we walked into the store a young women came toward us and asked if we needed any help or had any questions she was available to help. The store in general was big and had enough room for their items, for people to walk around, and to also try on clothes. It is very well kept, and their dressing rooms are clean.
