Best customer service :) Everyone was so helpful and kind! I'll be back!! Oh and the clothes are hotttt read more

Customers service is so bad. The worker didn't even want to help me with the shoes. Trying to get their attention. They were on their phone. They even left the store for a long time. If I wasn't such a honest person I could have just walk off with a bunch of stuff but I'm a good person so I just lefted. The prices in the store are marked up compared to the website. In the store the boots were $99 and on the website it's $40. read more

Dolls Kill - Women's Clothing Near Me - Los Angeles, California

This used to be my favorite store, particularly when it was online only. I used to spend hours upon hours just going through every single thing in every single section and would buy... A LOT OF $H1T. I loved it when they carried the brands: Joyrich, Filles-a-Papa, UNIF, Dr. Jay's, Fools Gold, Adapt and their satin jackets. I have been to a few invitation-only events in which we bought eight pairs of shoes, five skirts, and... that's all. Everything was 70%-90% off. Sign up with them online to see their huge sales. read more

The way that they didn't give me a refund to my card is actually diabolical. I hadn't even picked up the outfit I ordered. I doubt it was opened or even touched. I assumed if I don't pick it up ok great they'd just refund my card. No. They gave me store credit. What am I supposed to do with this??? If I had known I'd be getting store credit I would've just picked it up. It was just inconvenient for me to pick it up before they sent it back. There was no way to add a pickup person and no one answered the phone when I called. Hard to teach them. They steal other people's works/designs anyway. Don't recommend read more

Amazing selection! Almost seems better than online and the staff is super friendly. Will come back!

My Stars! This place is crazy to my over 50 year old eyes! What a place. What a name. I even took a picture of the Waze map on our car screen as our destination looked like I was being led to a Chucky or Annabelle movie premiere! There are no shortages of wild looking clothing and accessories here. There's even an upstairs area with more product. Lots of Goth and Punk looking clothing for sale here with plenty of cool props throughout the sales floor. The tall wall of shoes is pretty impressive as is the tunnel leading to the back of the store. Lots of cool video modelling clothing. This is a fun place to visit when in the area. You might even find something wild to buy here! read more

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company. My order was originally supposed to be store pickup, but it was switched to shipping because they had trouble processing it. After waiting nearly two weeks, the shoes finally arrived ,damaged in the box. Since then, I've been going back and forth with customer service trying to get a refund. They agreed to refund me but still haven't sent the correct link to actually process it, so the issue keeps dragging on. I even went into the store today hoping someone could help in person, but instead I was met with attitude from Elaine, who claimed she remembered me calling and said I supposedly yelled at her employees. That's completely untrue. I've been nothing but polite throughout this entire frustrating situation. Overall, the whole process has been chaotic, unhelpful, and incredibly disappointing. Between the damaged product, the lack of communication, and the way I was treated in store, this place is a joke. I would strongly recommend avoiding purchasing from them online. read more

The website customer service is terrible. I immediately sent an email to correct the delivery address to my updated address but was never heard back from until my package was already delivered to the wrong address. I was then prompted to file a claim which I did. I then received an email informing me that if I did not respond within three days, my claim would be Dismissed, which I find to be ridiculous. I should not be at fault for the company's lack of competence. I will never order from Dollskill again. read more

I tried to order a coat for my daughter for Christmas. I paid for around $18.00 for overnight shipping. I couldn't confirm my order on the website, so I resubmitted it, again paying overnight shipping. I received the first order well after Christmas. About a week later I received another. I want to return the extra coat. I am expected to pay a shipping free of $7.99 as well. SO I was charged 18.00 for overnight shipping, twice. ($36.00), didn't get it either time. Total extra is roughly $44.00 they won't include in refund. And this company that did such a miserable job wants to refund my money as a Dolls Kill gift card, as if I'd want to order ANYTHING from these lying idiots again. I want my money, including the breach of promise for overnight shipping. And I want a phone number. read more

I have bought so many items and after this last experience I truly regret all purchases. I paid for the Onward insurance thinking hey I live in a huge complex you never know. Sure enough I get no text message of delivery confirmation then as I try to track my package it shows delivered the day before . Attached is a photo of some random packages left outside the office building with a note " someone told me to leave them out from"?... of course in the photo my package is not visible the photo is conveniently blurry, so I contact customer service they tell me to contact onward. Onward tells me to file a claim i do the they decide they consider my package delivered and I need to google how to file a police report and I need to email them a copy of my government id. Which I will follow through with but ... I put in my address not the office excuse me the bench in front of my office. This is definitely my last purchase. read more

Amazing customer service with Lexi! She helps me out every time I come, she's personable, helps me style all my outfits. Love this location!

Great customer service really cool store clean organized. People are friendly awesome experience.

This place has such a fun vibe and fun decor. Feels like you entered a club with great music playing in the background. I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised at how much the quality has improved. They always have such a fun variety of items, bags, shoes, and clothes for your partying needs. Plenty of sizes. Some items can be a bit pricy, but you can sign up for their newsletter/ emails to receive alerts for the online deals. There are gigging rooms available with friendly and helpful staff. Street metered parking available. read more
