The fries were nice and crispy and tasted fresh, which I always appreciate. I also loved their shake options, especially that they have mango and falooda flavors -- such a fun and unique touch you don't see everywhere. The only thing that was mid for me was the Philly cheesesteak. It was very rich and cheesy, to the point where it felt heavy after a few bites. It could really use something acidic to balance it out -- even fresh bell peppers or a bit of tang would've made a big difference. My husband got a few pieces of fried chicken, my sister got the chicken and ribs dinner plate, her boyfriend got the fish and chips dinner with a side of coleslaw, my mom got jalapeño poppers and wings, and I got the chicken cutlet sandwich with waffle fries. The food came pretty quickly, less than 45 minutes after ordering. It also came piping hot. Everything was crispy, nothing greasy, and fresh. Even the lettuce on the sandwich was nicer than most restaurants we order from. I think the price was also pretty great. My sandwich with a generous portion of waffle fries and cheese sauce came to under $10 which is unheard of these days. I've lived in Massapequa most of my life and have been ordering from Chicken Au Go Go for a long time and I know my next order won't be too long again.

The menu has options for burgers, hot dogs, fries, salads, shakes, floats, and desserts. I ordered a Yellow Label Burger ($13.45) and a Strawberry shake ($6.75). My husband and I shared a Farm Salad ($9.75). The Yellow Label Burger comprises of USDA Prime Beef, homemade fried mac n cheese patty, lettuce, tomato on a potato bun. This was delicious! I liked how after biting into the crispy, breaded exterior it gives way to a hot, molten cheese center that oozes perfectly over beef. The Farm Salad which consisted of spring mix, tomato, blue cheese crumbles, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinaigrette on the side was also very very very tasty, fresh, and a good portion. The strawberry shake was also very good and had pieces of strawberries. Black Label Burgers pride on only using USDA Prime Angus beef that comes from a single source, Double R Ranch, located in Washington State, a family-owned farm known for its responsible practices and superior beef. You can definitely taste the richness and juiciness of the beef. My husband had the Red Label Burger ($13.25) and the PB&J shake ($7.75). He really enjoyed his meal as well.
