Events are plentiful and if you're wanting to up your game with classes, even learn to lead or belay, they've got you covered. And, nothing beats a clean gym. Bathrooms are really well kept and there are always plenty of locker and cubby spaces. I also appreciate the many lounging areas, both inside and outside of the climbing areas. The layout is well thought out and you don't really feel crowded despite having lots of folks in the gym with you. Membership has its perks for sure and the punch passes are another great option if you're getting your feet wet. Love this gym.

The facility is quite large and has more bouldering and climbing space than the other gyms. It also has a larger fitness area, including a dedicated room for fitness classes and a dedicated yoga room. Given the extra space they are able to offer more class options as well. Pricing reflects other gym franchises around the country - you get what you pay for with Movement IMO, if you choose to take advantage of the many membership benefits available to you (e.g. special events, gear discounts).

The facilities are poorly maintained. The equipment is consistently dirty and dusty, the Wi-Fi rarely works, and there are only four stretching mats available for the entire gym. I have also noticed bugs on the carpeted areas. The bathrooms are equally neglected. The women's restroom has been out of toilet paper for days at a time and is frequently dirty. To make matters worse, the owners are never present to assist members or manage these ongoing issues. I do not recommend this gym. The ownership handles customer feedback with hostility and fails to maintain basic cleanliness and amenities.

While she was inside a scheduled yoga class, her car was wrongfully towed from the parking lot. She came out of class genuinely believing her car had been stolen. No call. No page that reached her class. No warning. She was effectively stranded. After a long and upsetting interaction with management, it was admitted that: * The tow was requested by the gym * The wrong car was towed * The car that actually caused the issue was not towed * Management initially denied involvement and blamed the towing company * My mom was forced to pay $309 to retrieve her vehicle This isn't just an inconvenience - it's a safety issue. You cannot tow a member's car without proper verification, clear communication, or accountability, especially when that person is actively inside your facility and unreachable by design. The parking lot is poorly marked, lacks clear lines, and appears to be a known issue - yet members are punished for it. The handling afterward was defensive, misleading, and unacceptable. I would strongly urge anyone considering this gym to think about how issues are handled when something goes wrong, because this experience showed a complete lack of responsibility and concern for member safety.
