I loved how unique and thoughtful this class is to not only stand out from others by include all mama's at different stages in their postpartum journeys, but also your baby (or without). Claire provided options for pre&postnatal exercises, as well as modifications if you are pregnant or wore your baby during the workout. Claire has great energy and very friendly! I look forward to attending her class again. Parking at LoHi is limited. There's maybe 3-4 spaces behind the building, but mostly it will be street parking.

The women were all very warm and welcoming. The space was really clean too which is important when it comes to gyms. I felt very comfortable here. The lifts were taught in a very educational way and it was clear that safety was of the utmost importance here, which it needs to be when we're talking about lifting heavy stuff. The environment was so supportive with everyone cheering others on. I can definitely see myself coming back for other classes after doing the workshop. The only disadvantage for me is that it's so far from where I live, so that's a personal downside not anything directed at the business. I'll definitely try to come back when my schedule allows for it though since it's been hard to find a good powerlifting gym around Denver.

It's unfortunate that the another member answered her cell phone, had a conversation, then proceeded to text message during class! This is not my home studio- but this person would have been asked to leave the remained of the class and 100% called out. It is so unbelievably rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful, distracting and shows entitlement. It ruined the entire second half of class. Bummer.
