The front and rear bumpers, the spoiler, and the door handles were all losing their clear coat. It honestly looked like a bad case of sunburn. On top of that, all four wheels had noticeable curb rash. For a car with such low mileage, it was frustrating to see it looking that worn down. We brought it to USA Collision at 10020 N Cave Creek Rd and worked with Hovik, the estimator. From the start, he was confident and straightforward. He told us the car would look like new when the work was done--and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The paint finish is flawless, everything matches perfectly, and the attention to detail really stands out. The wheels look great again, and the entire car looks better than we remember it ever looking, even when it was newer. Met with Hovik....he's a real pro....was upfront in I might have some out of pocket costs if the insureds carrier didn't totally cover their labor rate. He completely handled dealing with Root Insurance and getting approvals for over $6,500 in damages not covered in the original estimate of $4,300. And ultimately I had no out of pocket costs. From drop off, then evaluation, parts orders, body replacements and repair, I had my car back in great shape and all done in less than 6 weeks. Next thing you know I had scrapes and gouges from the cement pillar. After looking at all the photos, I was convinced he was the guy. He called 20 min before his arrival and he was on time. Paul looked at the mess and talked about how he was going to approach the work. Before he started on my 4Runner I asked him also about my wife's car which happened to have a scrape. Paul just went to my wife Prius and buffed out her car before starting on my car. The meticulous care and detail that he took really made the repair looks like the car came off the showroom floor. As promised he called and I dropped the car on a Tuesday morning, he got the car back to me on Thursday looking practically new. All for a fraction of the price the chain body chop wanted. I had a few dings and a broken mirror assembly on my C class that was planning to give to my son as high school driver. They fixed one of the issues,, however, within a month the sides of the bumper were popping out. The owner's wife said that they could glue it back on and I said NO GLUE I took it back twice to get it fixed and finally she said that "they were a small body shop and if the insurance company was not gonna cover it they would not fix it." I took it to another body shop recently to have it fixed. They said the front bumper was not put on correctly and that they had to clean up a lot of glue. I would not recommend using this body shop.
