The Real Seal was the only company who felt they could fix it. And they delivered! I can't say enough good things about Patricio, the lead project manager, he was so methodical and smart about each step, making sure the wall was reinforced, making sure they had the right supports in and then ensuring the wall was straight, secured and reinforced. He made sure to answer all our questions, to walk us through the plan for the day and show us what was done at the end. This was not an easy fix, but they came through with a straight, secured wall and I am so grateful to the entire crew! We also had a drain tile, new sump pump and antimicrobial sheeting installed to ensure the wall stays structurally sound.

After doing a bit of online research, I came across Napco and set up an initial appointment to…read morereview a surface mold issue I noticed in the attic. The owner / founder, Todd Napoli, arrived at our home and walked us through different remediation options and post remediation preventative measures to put us in best position to avoid a similar issue in the future. Todd is incredibly patient, is well versed in all relevant technical aspects, and talked through in detail his recommended course of action. The knowledge and approach was head and shoulders above the other competitors we interviewed. Todd was front and center throughout the process. Daily communication, on site, navigating and driving the project. The business is fully insured / licensed and they don't contract / outsource the work. Work product was on point, the site was left organized / clean each day and following the project the attic looked far better than it did before Todd and his team arrived. They protected our valuables in the attic and were minimally disruptive. Highly recommend Napco and encourage those looking for: (1) a high touch owner (2) friendly and highly competent staff (3) a Company that does what they say they will do (4) clean / organized work site (5) opportunity to support local businesses ...to contact Todd immediately. Thanks, Brian

The home continued to make us sick as we were living there. We called Napco and gave them one of the most difficult and time consuming jobs they've probably ever had. Todd is the owner of Napco, and he is one of the most honest and genuine contractors I've worked with. He truly cared about making my home safe for our family. We were definitely not easy to deal with given our life threatening mold illness. Napco had to gut our entire house and clean the mold multiple times because we kept uncovering more mold. Todd even found mold in our attic that our environmental hygienist missed. They went above and beyond for us and were extremely generous with their pricing. Unfortunately, I've been in contact with many mold remediation companies in the last 2 years, and Napco was the only company that I felt wasn't trying to take advantage of us. If you have a mold problem or a suspected mold problem, you can trust Todd and his team to work to the best of their abilities for you. Thanks again for everything Todd!!!

I had Basement Flood Protector out to my home in the spring of 2024 for a major waterproofing job…read moreon my personal residence. The job involved a full interior drain tile system and exterior dig/waterproofing on 2 sides of my home. I waited 2 summers before writing this review because the effectiveness of their work can really only be gauged over time. This week, we had torrential amounts of downpour that went on all night. Prior to the waterproofing, my basement would have had water seeping in from the block foundation walls, back basement door, and up through the cracks in my slab. I'm happy to report that my basement stayed completely dry. Since this job was done in April 2024, I've only had 1 instance of water. I immediately called Basement Flood Protector and, because their work has a 10-year warranty on the exterior and lifetime warranty on the interior, they came out and immediately remedied the situation. No water since. This was a big job that I did a ton of upfront research on and quoted 3 other big/well-known waterproofing companies. The reason I went with Basement Flood Protectors was: 1) Sales Process: John was my contact at Basement Flood Protector. He did not put on the big sales pitch and presentation I got from 2 of the other companies. He was straight shooting and was clearly the expert in waterproofing, not just a sales person. 2) Responsiveness: Basement Flood Protector answered all my follow-up questions and concerns whereas other companies seemed to dance around some questions. As an example, when asking one of the other big competitors the cost for an exterior dig, rather than saying it's not work they do (or want to do) the sales person verbally quoted me some unrealistic/high number. Another major company completely ghosted after I called/emailed 3+ times to try and speak to someone about moving forward with the job (feel like I dodged a bullet there). 3) The price: They were notably better-priced for the work I wanted done. Hope this review helps someone as waterproofing can be intimidating. I had an excellent experience with Basement Flood Protector.
