When a crack in our basement's wall began to leak, I shopped around for a company to make the repairs. I chose A-Proseal to do the work and I am very happy with my decision. I found that A-Proseal was the most responsive and the most competitively priced. Everyone at the company is professional and the quality of their work is excellent. When I called a number of companies to schedule estimates, for example, their receptionists told me that no one was available to come out for weeks. One of the companies said I'd have to wait at least a month. At A-Proseal, Fernando answered the phone on the first call and said he was available to come out that same day. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. Fernando arrived that afternoon with a younger gentlemen. They took notes, described to me how the work would be performed, and showed me samples of their completed projects on the tablet they brought. They left me with a two page estimate that included a lifetime warranty. Sometimes simplicity is everything! By comparison, other companies that eventually came out, provided me with expensive brochures, folders, online presentations as well as suggestions for me to purchase additional products and services that we don't need and didn't ask for. Digging trenches and installing new gutter systems? But we just paid for a whole new gutter system, which was installed last year! Are there things we can do to improve water drainage? Absolutely, but we don't need to replace a new gutter system with another. Then, when I have to log in to my computer in order to see and print out an elaborate multi-page estimate with a breakdown of all these costs, it's already a no go. A-Proseal, on the other hand, made things easy. Their two page estimate for my simple project was all I needed. Handing me the estimate with contact info printed on it, makes for quick and easy reference. A-Proseal did not try to upsell other products and services we don't want; they gave me an estimate for exactly what I asked for, which I greatly appreciate! Megan at A-Proseal was also great about following up with me. She was accommodating and we scheduled a time and date for the work to be completed. The technician was actually a little bit early, which I didn't have a problem with as I was eager to have the project started. The tech was very thorough, detailed in his craft and left the work area very clean. He was courteous and professional and even put on booties when walking on the first floor. I like to keep the floors clean, so that was nice. Afterwards, my husband inspected the work and he too was pleased with the results. Based on our personal experience, we highly recommend A-Proseal! read more

Fernando came out right away after my basement flooded to talk about a plan with us. After calling 7 companies he stuck out with his plan, work explanation, and timely manner. He was honest and layed everything out for us. When it came time for the job his wonderful crew showed every morning ready to work. They worked really hard. They were respectful, professional, and every night before they left they cleaned up like no one had even been there. They went above and beyond and it was a real pleasure having them around. When the job was over they put things back that I had moved to make work easier for them, they did this without my even asking or expecting them to do. It was the little courteous things that mean a lot. The work they did was great, professional, and does what its supposed to do with a reasonable price. I can't say enough. I selected A-Proseal upon recommendation from my neighbor. I felt I got a good price for the work that needed to be done and the company was very prompt in scheduling the job and returning phone calls. After the job was completed and the first big rain, I had water pour into the basement from the corner where the foundation work ended. I took a picture and Fernando immediately came out and said he would dig another two feet under the porch and secure that extra bit against seepage. We scheduled a date for his workers to come back and he did this work at no charge to me. I believe I have had some heavy enough rains to test the repair and feel the problem has been resolved. Fernando was nice person to do business with, as were his workers who gave it their all under some very hot/steamy conditions. read more

Good company. Out when the promise and very honest. Thought I had some cracks in my foundation and Fernando came out. He could have easily said ok to what I wanted to have done, but was very honest and told me to lower my dirt level and see what happens before I do anything. Because of his honesty, I decided to hire A-Proseal to seal up a crack around my sewage pipe in the basement. They gave me a time window of 2p-4p and the tech was here at 2p. I love that I didn't have to sit around for 2 hours having to wait. My next project will be adding a sump pump which I will hire A-proseal to do....this company is also rated A+ with the better business bureau. Hire this company for your foundation waterproofing needs!! read more

I had a foundation leak that A-Proseal quickly and professionally repaired. They also installed some drains next to my garage. A TV cable was accidentally cut during the work but quickly repaired. An Electrical cable to the garage was also damaged resulting in tripped circuit breakers that were not evident until a few days after the work was completed. I was disappointed with the cable damage but A-Proseal responded to my call days after the work was completed and resolved the situation. I would definitely do business with them again because they are capable and stand behind their work. read more

Had a great experience with Fernando and his guys. House we purchased in had tell-tale signs of past flooding. We went with A-Proseal after a friend recommended them. Though we had some issues with permitting and delays because of that, Fernando stuck with us and saw the project through (lessons learned....make sure to check your village permit requirements before installing drain tile!). He was also very reasonable on extra scope items that were required by village as a result of their requirements and made the extra costs palatable for us. read more

Worked with Fernando previously and he is answering solid guy. Will continue to use him at my properties.

they don't want people to know that the owner has a shady past with stealing from companies.

Definitely a pro that has a lot of knowledge. Highly recommend to anyone needing repairs.
