I truly hate to write a negative review, but I only am in hopes to prevent others from having a similar experience. Unfortunately, during a service, we believe a service provider at this location caused a crack in our oil pan that resulted in an oil leak. What raised concerns for us was that we were not informed about any crack until the end of the attempted service. The explanation they provided was that whoever serviced it previously had supposedly caused the damage over a year ago. However, our truck had only ever been serviced by the head of service at a Ford dealership, and there had never been any signs of leaking oil or any indication of a crack prior to this visit. After speaking with several mechanics afterward, multiple professionals agreed that the explanation we were given did not make much sense. If the crack had truly existed beforehand--which is already unlikely--it seems it would have been noticed immediately before attempting to refill the oil. Instead, we only learned about it after the service was attempted. We ultimately had to spend approximately $1,400 to repair the issue. What was even more concerning was that another customer had the SAME issue after receiving an oil change at this location just about a week before. I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, and I understand mistakes can happen. What matters most is honesty, transparency, and integrity when addressing those mistakes. The price is reasonable compared to other oil changes in the area. They are super fast with services and make sure you are taken care of and answer any questions you have. read more

$10 wash. My car was filthy after driving through. Called and women was rude and hung up. Called back and asked for a manager, hung up again. Emailed company, never responded. read more

Jeff went above and beyond for me. He recognized an annoying rattle I've been hearing for a long time (and ignored bc I didn't wanna deal with it) and he fixed it right away for free. It was just a matter of replacing some bolts but the fact that he took the time to do that for me was pretty spectacular. I also have had some windshield wipers that have never really captured on my windshield correctly and he solved that problem too pretty quickly. I know that these are pretty small things but I really appreciate the time that he took to make sure that I went away happy. Everyone was kind, friendly, and helpful. read more

I spent a little more than I would have, had I gone to my usual place but the convenience & quickness was what I needed for this oil change etc. I was instructed to stay in the car while three employees darted around & worked on my car. I got an oil change, changed a headlight, & replaced my windshield wiper blades. Super fast & very hospitable customer service. They were not pushy or hurried when they dealt with me personally. They just worked efficiently & as a team. It was nice to see people working in such a way. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to get oil changed and old man forgot to put in the oil. Then turned around and lied about it.Started yelling at me. Then he had me start the car with no oil in it. He finally put oil in and never asked me what kind of oil I wanted. I wanted synthetic oil and he put in regular. Worst experience I ever had with an oil change!!!!! The assistant manager knew what the old man did and didn't make me pay. Pray that starting my car with no oil in it didn't damage the engine!!!
