Unfortunately, during a service, we believe a service provider at this location caused a crack in our oil pan that resulted in an oil leak. What raised concerns for us was that we were not informed about any crack until the end of the attempted service. The explanation they provided was that whoever serviced it previously had supposedly caused the damage over a year ago. However, our truck had only ever been serviced by the head of service at a Ford dealership, and there had never been any signs of leaking oil or any indication of a crack prior to this visit. After speaking with several mechanics afterward, multiple professionals agreed that the explanation we were given did not make much sense. If the crack had truly existed beforehand--which is already unlikely--it seems it would have been noticed immediately before attempting to refill the oil. Instead, we only learned about it after the service was attempted. We ultimately had to spend approximately $1,400 to repair the issue. What was even more concerning was that another customer had the SAME issue after receiving an oil change at this location just about a week before. I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, and I understand mistakes can happen. What matters most is honesty, transparency, and integrity when addressing those mistakes. Unfortunately, we did not feel that happened here, and we felt the situation was handled dishonestly. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through a similar experience.

I had trouble one time my credit card wasn't working and the gentleman named Raymond was kind and went inside to manually do the payment for me, I didn't have cash on me at the time. Obviously this place is struggling by having so many businesses and a small block. And they don't care who they hire or how they will be treating their customers. In a word -- Aaaaaaaamazing! Thankfully, there is no line and we were able to drive up into the empty bay. After a friendly and courteous greeting and inquiry re: needs, Matt and his crack team get us in and out in less than 30 minutes -- more like 20, to be exact. From centering to exiting, Matt explains each step of the process; the computer monitor clearly lists the services you are charged for; it also swings around, allowing you to view in real time, who is under your vehicle and what is being done; they are in constant communication with each other, via verbal calls and echo verification. I appreciate how the 3 man team works quickly, efficiently and most importantly safely. I am at ease, knowing that they are paying attention to the tasks in progress, are NOT on their phones, you see/hear them at all times. EVERYONE is safe. Can you tell how important "safety" is?! Especially for these gainfully employed young men who (most definitely are not 'ne'er do wells') showed up for work and have their whole lives ahead of them! If you are asked to turn the vehicle and it's wipers on/off, they provide a reasonable rationale behind it. I appreciate how they respect our time -- No inane conversation/questions about the weather or invasive questions re: where are you from, what you're up to/plans are. Professional courtesy up front, state your business, then Matt and his team go all in like BOSSES. After the oil is changed, you are shown the new oil level, so you have eyes on it and have confidence in their work. After applying the online coupon, it was $133.73 for Daughter's Sport edition SUV: fluids topped off, filthy air filter changed out, 4qts full synthetic oil, multiple point safety check/verification in under 30 minutes. Pricey? Perhaps, but a more than fair price for SAFE, efficient, no-frills/no-pressure sales pitches. The time saved is WORTH IT! From a cynical health care professional in a very time driven, every detail is crucial role -- stellar, impressive work ethic/flow!
