Basically leading me to believe I was going to break down any second if I didn't pay them $800 to change everything. I told him I'd go to the dealership, and I had a massive oil leak directly after. Took it into a different shop oil filter finger tighten half turn on the oil plug. All the stuff he claimed was bad the new shop said it was a lie. I wouldn't go there because they are up selling and if you don't pay they make sure you will later. Terrible

They are not transparent with their total costs with customers. They go over individual line items…read morefor recommended services and have a parts cost included to add a bit more confusion. I provided feedback that total cost should be outlined after the recommended services are accepted so the customer can have a clear picture of the cost (which would include labor) to prevent any misconception of cost - as a second chance to make sure everything was understood. I was met with resistance from their Operations Services Manager implying we didn't look in the right spot but why didn't they say - this is going to cost this based on what you're accepting - he didn't agree and said that wasn't part of their protocol. I took full responsibility for misunderstanding but said they can be more obvious and clear about total end cost when folks are accepting recommended repairs - this feedback was not accepted. So make sure you're asking total cost (looking at the far right side of the quote sheet) and ask for the complete total cost of all the repairs because they are NOT going to offer that to you unless asked. But they'll say afterward they did tell you that or were shown the information but you got to make sure you look at the right column. I won't be back and hopefully this prevents someone from getting surprised at the total cost when they're paying.

In a word -- Aaaaaaaamazing! Thankfully, there is no line and we were able to drive up into the empty bay. After a friendly and courteous greeting and inquiry re: needs, Matt and his crack team get us in and out in less than 30 minutes -- more like 20, to be exact. From centering to exiting, Matt explains each step of the process; the computer monitor clearly lists the services you are charged for; it also swings around, allowing you to view in real time, who is under your vehicle and what is being done; they are in constant communication with each other, via verbal calls and echo verification. I appreciate how the 3 man team works quickly, efficiently and most importantly safely. I am at ease, knowing that they are paying attention to the tasks in progress, are NOT on their phones, you see/hear them at all times. EVERYONE is safe. Can you tell how important "safety" is?! Especially for these gainfully employed young men who (most definitely are not 'ne'er do wells') showed up for work and have their whole lives ahead of them! If you are asked to turn the vehicle and it's wipers on/off, they provide a reasonable rationale behind it. Matt kindly reset the vehicle's service reminder for us, and gave us the window sticker reminder (listing recommended mileage & oil type replacement) -- Excellent! Some people want conversation, that's not why we're there. I appreciate how they respect our time -- No inane conversation/questions about the weather or invasive questions re: where are you from, what you're up to/plans are. Professional courtesy up front, state your business, then Matt and his team go all in like BOSSES. After the oil is changed, you are shown the new oil level, so you have eyes on it and have confidence in their work. After applying the online coupon, it was $133.73 for Daughter's Sport edition SUV: fluids topped off, filthy air filter changed out, 4qts full synthetic oil, multiple point safety check/verification in under 30 minutes. Pricey? Perhaps, but a more than fair price for SAFE, efficient, no-frills/no-pressure sales pitches. The time saved is WORTH IT! From a cynical health care professional in a very time driven, every detail is crucial role -- stellar, impressive work ethic/flow! Then we went to Belle Tire, they also closed at 6:00 and said they already turned their air off and they couldn't help us. Didn't even check the tire or anything. Then we went to Midas. The man was so nice and checked for local repair shops for us since they don't carry tires in stock. Then offered to put air in our tire. They also closed at 6:00 but stayed a few minutes late to help us out the best he could!
