I got two things done on my truck here and I feel like they did a good job. Was it "great" (the 5…read morestar yelp review criteria)? I'm not sure, since the repairs were very costly, but I think the repair quality was 5 stars. They did a break job and after picked up the car, the air conditioner went out, so they did that repair also a few weeks later. The break repair costs were about what I expected, but the air conditioning repair was about double what I expected (me, with zero automotive repair experience). Both repairs seem to be quality repairs, and the owner, David, talked me through them before I gave the go-ahead. I'm giving 5 stars because I think they did a good job. I'm not completely sure I understand why the air conditioner gave out right after they fixed the breaks, and I'm going to go with "complete coincidence" for that one, but it was a very expensive fix. All in all, I would continue to take my cars here for repairs. Thank you Carsmart and David.

My vehicle was backed into and the tail hatch back was bent in a hit n run but thanks to a witness…read morethe guy was caught and his insurance paid for the worst example of craftsmanshit ive ever seen from them. up until now they were top dog but either i pissed them off or they have morons working there. there was a separate part that attached to the tail gate hatch that was discolored like it been in the sun or they buffed to finish off it. looked like total crap. worse then the actual damage as to why i took it there. so i went right back in and unknowingly got the owner who came out so i could show him and first he said it wasn't part of the lift gate so them i opened it to show him it was, and then he said it was held on by 2 rivets and the original unblemished in perfect condition was still on the old lift gate and they could change it right now. ( instead of it already been changed before they called me saying it was done) . so i waited a half hour and when they brought it back out the vehicle was now full of tiny scratches that were not here before. then i noticed the body lines didn't match up on the tail gate to quarter panel which the owner mentioned it was a american car . after going thru the pictures taken when it was first dropped of it showed those scratches where not there when i brought it in. the owner told me to bring it back the coming Monday as it was Friday afternoon then, and he would get it fixed. so all weekend i stewed thinking about it and come Monday i took it back . then i kept getting these survey emails so i eventually responded and pretty much described the crap job honestly that they tried to sell me. 2 days later i get a call the vehicle is done and they read the survey which they were not happy about. when i went to pick it up it looked good but i only was looking a the back.after i got it home in the garage i noticed a new dent coming from the inside pointing out on the middle of the driver side quarter panel. already fed up i figured im gonna sell it as i do not trust it anymore.. well tonight after its been sitting in my garage since i pulled it in then, i noticed the finish ground off on the top of the door panel where it meets the roof. I will never take a vehicle or recommend them to anyone now. either they hired a moron or someones bent on discouraging people from trusting them to do the job right. unfrikenbelievable is the word. seems every time i return it to have the job done right it comes back with other damage. what was one a accident free impeccable body now looks like crap. I will now have to find a different body shop to fix there quality workmanshit. im not even gonna go back to show them this. and to think i felt a little bad with my review . not! its actually pretty sad.

She went back and they denied everything so she went to the dealership. Dealership total her plug was cross threaded. I didn't want to believe my guys I've trusted for so long would do us so shady. I took my truck in everything the guy touched was bad power steering fluid, transmission fluid, differential fluid. Basically leading me to believe I was going to break down any second if I didn't pay them $800 to change everything. I told him I'd go to the dealership, and I had a massive oil leak directly after. Took it into a different shop oil filter finger tighten half turn on the oil plug. All the stuff he claimed was bad the new shop said it was a lie. I wouldn't go there because they are up selling and if you don't pay they make sure you will later. Terrible
