After 3 days I got let go because I was told that the company is always looking for ways to improve efficiency, so I started suggesting ways to improve different things, while doing my job. The I brought up weekly pay. Told my manager that bi-weekly pay is looked at as employers controlling our money because we aren't good with it. They did NOT like this. Less than an hour after suggesting weekly pay, I was fired. I hope my mop job on the floor leaves a taste in their mouths for years to come. I spent a good 10 hours on that lower bay mopping and cleaning up years of garbage. Avoid working here.

She went back and they denied everything so she went to the dealership. Dealership total her plug was cross threaded. I didn't want to believe my guys I've trusted for so long would do us so shady. I took my truck in everything the guy touched was bad power steering fluid, transmission fluid, differential fluid. Basically leading me to believe I was going to break down any second if I didn't pay them $800 to change everything. I told him I'd go to the dealership, and I had a massive oil leak directly after. Took it into a different shop oil filter finger tighten half turn on the oil plug. All the stuff he claimed was bad the new shop said it was a lie. I wouldn't go there because they are up selling and if you don't pay they make sure you will later. Terrible

The staff is very friendly and understanding. They treat your car like it's one of their own I would highly recommend going to this place and making it your local oil change spot. They are going above and beyond and also have a great rewards program. So after a certain amount of oil changes you get rewards. The place is easy to get into you and very easy to get out of. I decided to change her oil for her this time around, and discovered her oil filter, a VO-160 which is supposed to be tightened to 18 foot lbs, took me an hour and 2 screwdrivers through it later to get off the housing. It was so tight, the gasket even stuck to the housing. I then discovered that her engine air filter box was not properly secured with both the driver side screws improperly secured. I know these air filter boxes are awful to resecure, but not even trying is extremely disappointing. I will never be allowed her to go back to the location or even Valvoline ever again, or anyone in my family for that matter.

My CarFax schedule (for 10 year warranty) required oil/filter change, tire rotation and brake inspection. With my oil/filter - the total cost was ~$37. Oil change itself was $15. I had an appointment for 8:00a, they got it in 5-8 mins after I arrived, they had 4 people work on it in tag team style, they were done no more than 20 mins later. I was allowed to watch them as the drive on ramp/lift was right next to the observation room. They did everything including a full multipoint inspection. I was so impressed I gave them a $20 tip for their 'Christmas/coffee/donut' can and was out of there by 8:30. Two days later my CarFax record had been updated by them. Thoroughly impressed, will definitely be back, will bring all my cars there going forward, except one. Only bummer, the reason I contacted them in the 1st place was to have a place to take my Corvette for oil changes. They said they really don't do that anymore, only for one Vette owner as he's been a long-time customer. Not sure for reluctance as they have the drive on ramp lift as well as multiple 4-point lifts, I have 4-point jack pads affixed on the belly pan of Vette at factory lift points. I wasn't going to press them but will still need to find an economical place to do the Vette. If you are in the area, have them work on your vehicle.
