Very disappointed with the new ownership of this car wash. I've been a customer at this car wash…read morefor YEARS and it's gone downhill the last 5-6 months. No more pre-spray, soap dispensers are broken when you're driving in. No more towels available to dry off water spots (dryers do not work well) and for the past three weeks - no more towels. I asked about the towels, spray cleaners etc. - no longer an option. I'm canceling my membership immediately.

Before, I had no issue getting in and out of there in a timely manner. Now, I go only because I paid for the yearly unlimited. They took the mirror down which was very helpful when pulling in as well. The staff looks annoyed to be there. Depending on who is there, that is the quality of the pre wash that you get. I have also gone several times where something is broken or it is just closed. Several vaccums are always broken. My car never comes out clean. When you buy unlimited it isn't really unlimited. I went once not knowing my husband had gone earlier that day and was declined from entering.

Fraud is rampant at this shell location, I had a horrendous experience last month when I got gas at…read moretheir pumps. I paid at the pump to fill my tank and had a digital receipt (thank god for shell rewards it sends you e-receipt) but the attendant started claiming my payment didn't go through and that I'd have to pay inside or get cops called on me for leaving without paying (when I asked why did the gas dispensed at all, no answer to that). Anyhow, I show my digital receipt only to be called a liar and if I left I'd be charged with a theft. I had no choice but to pay again, of course when I asked to speak to a manager he was not at the store and that I'd get a call from him. Mark, the gas station owner, called me asking to email the digital receipt for investigation and that he'd get back to me in 24 hours. It's been a month I got no call back no refund and the corporate office doesn't care either when I made an online grievance. Fraudsters, stay away from this location if you can!!!

The place is located on the corner of Sample/Sheridan, the entrance is a small driveway off of Sheridan. Pull up to the closed garage door and follow the sign: honk your horn and wait. They'll open up the door soon enough and wave for you to drive in. From there you can choose your services: a basic car wash includes vacuuming all but the trunk. You will need to take your stuff off the floor though or they'll ignore those spots. The trunk is additional to the posted $15. The wheels weren't washed, but the body was fine and their shop vac did justice to my husky's fur on my dark seats! I also added a small tip for their quick and efficient service!
