Prices seemed normal and I must say their was a calm and professionalism evident every moment I was in the store or calling for information. The only thing that should have been said is he no longer works for the company. Since I ordered so many things from the company I would still contact them to fix things that were purchased from them. Everytime I asked to get something fixed or come to look at something they would charge us. Recently we tried to arrange to get things added to a wheelchair. I was told we would need someone to come out to check it. I paid $160. On the day of the appointment no one showed up. They were also estimating it would cost 2000. I went through a different company that did a minor thing to the chair. I asked how much and never got a bill. If I had gotten I am guessing less then 100. It is expensive when someone is disabled and when a company seems to overcharge or charge for every little thing it makes me not want to deal with that company again. I will no longer deal with this company and will try to find other companies to deal with.

I identified the location from the beginning, and the north-side light I complained about has continued flashing for months despite repeated requests to address it. If there was actually any uncertainty about which exterior light was malfunctioning, I also have to question why nobody simply checked the building at night or reviewed any available exterior camera footage to verify which fixture was flashing. That would have made the problem obvious. At this point, the public responses come across as performative because they do not match what has actually happened. There have been repeated assurances that the issue was being handled on this public forum, while the same light continued flashing night after night. After months of this, I'll believe it is actually being addressed when I see that it has been addressed.
