So the suggestion that you only now learned which light I was referring to because I sent a video is simply not true. I identified the location from the beginning, and the north-side light I complained about has continued flashing for months despite repeated requests to address it. If there was actually any uncertainty about which exterior light was malfunctioning, I also have to question why nobody simply checked the building at night or reviewed any available exterior camera footage to verify which fixture was flashing. That would have made the problem obvious. At this point, the public responses come across as performative because they do not match what has actually happened. There have been repeated assurances that the issue was being handled on this public forum, while the same light continued flashing night after night. After months of this, I'll believe it is actually being addressed when I see that it has been addressed. Please don't rewrite the history here to make this sound like a misunderstanding about which light was causing the problem.

The front wheel on my power chair is busted, i believe the castor is cracked and I've been waiting 2 weeks for the parts.They finally came in yesterday and one of the technicians said he would come in fix it at at noon and he never showed. he didn't even call me to tell me he wasn't coming. it's really frustrating! my power wheelchair is my mobility. I am an amputee and a mom also I conmute to and from esquimalt everyday so its vital that i have it working properly. When i had gotten the power wheel chair I was told that they had a 24/7 emergency number for repairs. One time when i was on the bus my joystick and fallen off and it was just dangling so i had to figure out how to manuveur it off the bus. Island mediquip was closed I had to wait until the next day to get it fixed. fortunately, i got a hold of my landlord and she came to me and repaired it. overall, i think Island mediquip should have better service to their customers. It makes me wish i went somewhere else.
