WOW! What a fantastic company! From the very first time I contacted them for solar panel cleaning,…read moreto the moment they packed up their ladders and drove off, I was so pleasantly surprised by the incredible professionalism, high quality of work, and very reasonable rates. I reached out months ago on the recommendation of a co-worker. I asked about solar cleaning and gutters. Their quote was very reasonable, especially given that it is a second story home with gutters that had NEVER been cleaned in the last decade at least. And same for the solar. A family emergency came up and I didn't move forward at that time. Fast forward 4 or 5 months and I reached out again. He responded right away and confirmed the details, honored the original quote (which impressed me as costs EVERYWHERE have gone up), and was able to schedule for a very convenient time without any difficulty. He also asked if there were any other services I was needing, which is when I discovered they do window cleaning, window and door screens and dryer vent cleaning as well! I did ask for them to quote me for a sliding screen door replacement, which was another great value, given the upgrades for the heavy duty screening and preferred color. And then the crew showed up...right on time, ready to go, and absolutely delightful people, every single one! It was a crew of 4. They got to work immediately and were thorough, cautious and hard-working. While they were working, I asked the crew leader about a quote for two window screens. Such a good deal that I said yes and they cleaned and rescreened as well as installed them on site as the other work was being done! And they did the final measurements for the sliding door to be made. They also asked if I wanted them to check the dryer vent and did so with no obligation for cleaning. I am sure I have literally never had the dryer vent cleaned in the almost 20 years I have lived here. So it was SOOOOOOOO full and needing to be cleaned badly. With another very reasonable price, I had them go for it! And it was done in no time at all. They did ALL this work (20 solar panels cleaned, gutters that literally had whole plants growing out of them completely cleaned and flushed, 2 windows re-screened, new door measurements taken and dryer vent cleaned), with the kindest, most non-judgemental, professional attitude. And they did it in UNDER 2 HOURS as a team! If you have a chance to use them, I would highly encourage you to. They truly care about their customers and about doing the absolute best job they can, and they make it affordable, too!

They left hard-to-reach sections of my Tesla solar panels totally untouched. I called both companies back between 5 to 10 times each to fix it, but they never got it right, so I finally gave up and called Robert at Window Cleaning Ace LLC. Robert was a total lifesaver. He actually took the time to show me the spotty work the previous guys did, explaining that they used the wrong materials and hadn't secured the wire mesh properly for Tesla panels. He completely pulled down their failed work, cleaned my entire roof, and replaced everything using a heavy-duty 8" fence instead of the flimsy 6" stuff the other guys used. On top of doing the job right the first time, his customer service is unmatched. He was always perfectly on time, incredibly responsive to texts, and made billing super convenient by invoicing me right over text. I searched Yelp for a five-star gutter cleaning company, found Bargain Window & Gutter Cleaning Services, and decided to give them a try. It turned out to be one of the best home maintenance decisions I've made. I contacted Joshua through Yelp Messenger, and he responded almost immediately with a quote. He requested my address, used Google Maps to inspect the roof remotely, and we quickly scheduled a full gutter cleaning. The service included complete removal of debris from the roof and gutters, a thorough rinse of the entire gutter system, flushing all downspouts to ensure proper drainage, and photos and videos of the completed work sent directly to my phone. Here's where things got even better. While cleaning the gutters, Joshua noticed several roof tiles that were cracked or out of place likely the real source of our leak. After a quick trip to the hardware store for some roof tile repair adhesive, the problem was fixed. Joshua, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. I really enjoyed our conversation, and don't forget to get those Meta glasses! We'll definitely be calling you again for roof and window cleaning. Thanks again! Brian M Paden
