Horrible service and nails don't last longer than a day before shellac starts peeling off.

Was a bit disappointed with the quality of my gel manicure. The manicurist didn't seem to think that anything was wrong with it. I got them done on Friday and every nail had started peeling off by Monday. The polish she used was very thin so she used a lot of coats even when I suggested we try a different color. It was all over my fingers and I had to take a file to it immediately after leaving to get it off my skin. I had high hopes for this place after reading the reviews, but I won't be back. read more

Great service. Always relaxing. Upgrade to the specialty pedicures. It's worth it. :-)

Fast service. My only complaint would be that if you go the when it's busy, you will be waiting. The are only a few pedi chairs out front and they fill up fast. read more

My friend and I came here while she was in town from Georgia. I had heard good things from a few other people and thought I would try it out. The pedicure was great and I loved the massage on my feet an legs. The hot stones were perfect and I didn't want it to end. However, the manicure was pretty low quality. Especially after the pedicure, it seemed pretty lame. My nail tech hardly spoke and when she did she was not friendly. My friend's nail tech burned polish onto the tips of her fingers like hot glue! I give them four stars because the pedicure was so great and they were so clean. Probably won't get another manicure from them, though. Not worth $25. read more

I had really high hopes for this salon. The pedicure was great, but when it came to the manicure, the nail color was expired, and the manicurist continued to paint my nails. I raised suspicions that the nail color was expired (because it was really bumpy) and the nail colorist told me that the nail color had sand in it, but I looked it up online and the nail color did not have sand in it whatsoever. So I wasted my money getting my nails painted with an expired color. I wish she would've just told me the color was no good so I could pick a new color. Really disappointed. read more

I went there with my daughter. I was getting a pedicure and she was getting an acrylic fill. They said they would be right with her and took me to start my pedicure. An hour into my pedicure, my daughter was still sitting waiting for them to begin her fill --- during that time at least a half dozen other people walked in asking if they took walk-ins and ALL were waited on with their services beginning immediately. I asked several times when they would begin working on my daughter and was told soon --- needless to say after an hour and 15 minutes and my daughter still sitting there I told the technician to stop the rest of my pedicure. I paid FULL price ($38) for a 1/2 done pedicure (no polish on my nails - because it had gotten ridiculous with them) and walked out. No apologies from them - they could care less about our experience. I'd been going there for years and will not be going back. Very disappointed. The worst! read more

Incredible service. I told them I might not have time for a pedicure after my fill, and they made it work. I had two women working on my nails so I could make it out in time. And my nails looked amazing! Super friendly and made me feel very valued. I will be coming here whenever I am back in the area! read more

Place is very clean and welcoming. The girl who did my nails seemed like she wasn't very experienced. My acrylics aren't even and there is a lot of powder in the cuticle area, which wasn't buffed out with a dremmel or file. I do like their variety of acrylic powder colors. read more

I went here for a pink and white full set during our vacation. I wish this place could be transported back to us in Texas. Efficient, reasonably priced, it's been almost 3 weeks with no lifting or chipping. The tech was extremely gentle and I had no cuts or hang nails due to rough handling. I also liked the choice of pink shades, something that's hard to find here. Highly recommend! read more

When I got home from getting my nails done, I then realized I paid $35 for a fill, a FILL! So I called and asked how much a fill was with gel for a full set was, I was told $25. I asked for a $10 credit, She said I can't do that because I don't know who you are, I said I can bring in my bank statement and show you proof of my purchase. She then gives the phone to the guy that did my nails, he said its $25 for a fill, then $5 for gel, then $5 becUse my nails were long (they weren't that long). Needless to say, I will be calling my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge and get my $$$ back. I told him I would never come back to their store, he goes "ok bye" horrible customer service!!!! read more

Today was my first visit to Perfection Nails. After a few botched jobs at my previous place I was in the market for something new. I really enjoyed my experience both my gel nails and my pedicure were done very well. I was surprised at the price as it was cheaper then other places. I highly recommend this place and will go back again. read more

This is only getting one star because i'm not allowed to do any less. i've heard so many good things about this nail salon so i went to give it a try and i regret it. their service was terrible, the acrylic they were using kept clumping as if it was old, the guy who did my nails basically didn't know what he was doing, i paid $40 for nothing and when i asked them if they could just take off my nails and get a refund they said no and they would charge me extra if i got my nails that they JUST finished doing off. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place definitely does look really shoddy on the outside, but it's really very good. Good prices, pretty fast and they do a great job. They also do a lot of nail art which is fun for Holiday times or funky parties! I will definitely start to get more regular manicures here. read more

I heard so many wonderful things about this place, I was even referred by a friend, so I took a chance, I spent $50 for the worst manicures/pedicures I've ever had. At the time everything looked great, gel polish on my fingers and standard Polish on my toes, but once I was outside there were bubbles in the gel polish, streaks, uneven patches, my nail was glued to my finger on one spot. I really wanted this to be a great experience, and it just wasn't. Two days after getting the gel manicure it began to peel off. Definitely not worth it. read more
