TWICE. He is the rudest person I have ever encountered dealing with in a customer service position, I could not believe someone acted that way. Then I found out he was the owner and I was even more appalled. Paul & Miles are fantastic. If you have the pleasure of working with them they will take care of you and help explain the problem in a calm and nice manner. I feel bad for giving this place a 2 Star just because of them, but something has to be said for the man that owns the company. He has employees who do great work but it's tainted because of his appalling customer service.

Instead, I was told I might need a whole new PC and that the turnaround would take 5-6 days--unless I paid a $100 rush fee just to get in line with 12 other people. On top of that, there was a diagnostic fee of $30-$50, plus repair costs starting at $500 and up. At that point, it felt more like a cash grab than a genuine repair service. Frustrated, I looked elsewhere and found a tech on Craigslist who charged a straightforward $50 per hour. He came to my place, diagnosed the issue, and identified the necessary part. Since he was a mobile tech and I caught him at the end of his shift, he had to order it. The part arrived two days later, and while I was able to install it myself, he was readily available to help if needed. In the end, I saved both time and money by going with a more transparent and reliable option. Safe to say, I won't be returning to this shop.
